I'm more impressed by how fast the slow-mo version looks.

Just proof you can look everywhere in the world of sport to find amazing skills, table tennis competition the Kuwait Open produced a spectacular trick-shot this week.
French star Quentin Robinot, 20 years old, served to contest a rally with opponent Kiryl Barabanov of Belarus, before winning the point with an incredible behind-the-back shot.

I could do that if I wanted to. I just don't want to.

When I googled Quentin Robinot, I found that a ping-pong player can be called a "pongiste" in French rather than "joueur de tennis de table". But the French don't have the word "tennisiste" for a regular tennis player though they do have the horrible word "tennisman" for male tennis players. "Tennisiste", however is the Estonian word for tennis player, TMYK

You see crazy things like this (from time to time) in baseball when the players are turning a double play.
For example:  http://m.mlb.com/video/v14977435/clecws-cabrera-makes-an-amazing-play - at-short

I googled Upham and found he just stood there and watched a German soldier kill Mellish.  In the process, I learned Upham was a cartographer, not a linguist as I previously assumed.  But he knew French.  And I think he'd know a tennis man from a tennisiste.
