She's just a poor little brainless girl,  it was all his idea,  a female would never do something like this on her own,  it's all his fault, RAPE,  cut his cock off!

/women aren't responsible for their own actions would be the take home point here

Don't mention rape around Emma Watson.  She will mess you up, then take all your booze.

That was a funny scene. Forgot she stole the booze. Bonus larfs.

Haven't you heard?  Girls can only be victims.  Boys can only be perpetrators.  Had he reported any illicit pictures she sent him, they would have just added the charges of possessing child porn.

The stupidity of that idea, no to mention the entire idea that a mutual exchange of nudie photos is somehow wrong...I mean, if they play doctor in person, it's a lesser crime.

Hopefully a few more of these beyond stupid cases will finally allow some common sense to prevail, but I sure doubt it, our capacity for Dumas seems to be unlimited.

Basically, the cops threatened to rape the boy.  That alone is a crime.

You do not appear to understand the concept of rape.  What they wanted to do was rape.

doglover: This is abhorrent. Cops should not just be able to walk away from serious attempts to produce child pornography through forcible rape and neither should the judge, prosecutor, or anyone else who was complacent with this plan.

Police caught doing this in the past have settled the resulting lawsuits and admitted no wrongdoing. The only thing that stopped this was the public outcry because it involved a minor.

2014-07-11 12:05:18 AM

gweilo8888: doglover: They basically tried to do the worst possible thing a body can do short of full on active wartime treason.

I agree with most of your sentiment, but... really? The worst thing a body can do short of full-on active wartime treason? Worse than, say, murder? What about worse than involuntary drug testing on hundreds of people? How about worse than stealing the retirement benefits of a few thousand?

Yes, it's bad. No, it is not anywhere near the worst possible thing. Had it happened, it would've been a somewhat-embarrassing photo of a body part half the human race has, in a state that body part spends a large proportion of its time in anyway -- just induced unnaturally in some manner.

Still a disgusting and reprehensible thing for governmental agents to be doing supposedly in the name of the law, but not that staggeringly bad in the overall scheme of things.

Treason during war will assist, or involve 1000s or murders, rapes, thefts and countless other crimes. Even during peace time crimes against the state, or widespread organizied crimes, are much worse than individual murder, which itself is worse than child molestation which is worse than just about everything but murder and treason.

So basically, these cops almost took the penultimate personal violation and managed to crank it up past the ultimate and into a crime against the state itself.

But they didn't manage to, so what they did was not actually worthy of the death penalty. But again, they TRIED. Attempted corruption of the power of the state? Treason-Lite? Not sure what to call it, but it should have fire and brimstone raining down from DC all over Virginia's state government.

You either didn't read my post, didn't comprehend it, or you're just trolling.

The entire first paragraph has nothing to do with my post, because I never said treason during war wasn't worse than this case. It definitely is. (Whether or not it is worse than the things you -- not I -- compared it against would depend on the specific case.)  The entire rest of your post is barely intelligible nonsense that in no way addresses my post.

I had you greened as "Funny dude who knows beer belongs in a bottle". I'm now rethinking that.

Was it legitimate?

I can see it being called assault, but I don't really see how forcing somebody to have an erection is rape, unless you did something to the erection.  Taking photos of it makes the cops child pornographers, not rapists.  They do plenty of actual rape, dont' get me wrong, but I don't see how THIS is rape.

If a woman is held down and stripped against her will, while being drugs forced hormones before taking photographs, wouldn't you think that might be raped in some sense of the word?

Isn't rape about being empowered against someone weaker than you?  Like, maybe a teenager in police custody being force-fed drugs while stripped naked?

It's assault, but not rape. Penetration of some sort, they to her or otherwise forcing her to do acts, would be. What they wanted to do was assault (which medical treatment without consent technically is, if I recall) and child pornography.

Look, as a woman who frequently gets into arguments about rape, rape culture, and sexism, I can honestly say that while I find what they wanted to do illegal and abhorrent, it is not rape.

I agree it's assault, but how is it not rape?  Does he need to be forced to give someone a handjob at gunpoint for it to be rape?  Or is penetration the only measure of rape?

Think of it as a violation. They said that if he didn't comply, they would do it by force (that was the first time they took pics of his junk, flaccid). They were then going to force him to get hard, take more pics, then presumably leave him with a priapism which could last a couple hours. Now, at some point, he's going to need to take care of the erection they induced and complete the act.

But since it will be his adult self jacking off his minor self, they will need to add the charge of statutory rape. Get it?

2014-07-11 05:11:31 AM
This is a ridiculous application of the law and neither should be charged, but the girl's parents must be "important people" for her not to get charged. She's two years younger, but kids as young as 12 have been tried as adults, and she initiated the "illegal" contact.

I don't know what her pics included, if they showed her face or not but the boy's probably didn't show his face, probably just a crotch video of him jacking off. He's a big football player and easily looks 20. How would anyone be able to tell if it's an underage dick or not? It's totally useless as child porn because it's not an 11 yo, it's a mature male that would look the same at 25. No pedo would get off on that.

2014-07-11 05:19:32 AM
Forcibly "activating" a man's sexual organ and leaving him in a situation where he will have to produce an orgasm or endure pain sounds like rape to me. They are forcing sex on him, which starts with an induced erection.

2014-07-11 05:52:47 AM
Why hasn't the girl been arrested? She created child porn and distributed it as well...
I guess the law only applies to males...
