Probably took advice from some of the World Cup participants

Nice shot, horrible video. But it's a practice round, so that's cool.

I'll be impressed if he can use that shot to break into the top ten for once this year.

I can't do that, but I love opening up my lob wedge and swinging as hard as I can, making the ball only travel 15 feet. It's fun

Big deal. I can do that. Not intentionally, but I can do it.

Faldo got an extremely lucky bounce yesterday. His ball was heading for a pot bunker, and then it hit the beveled side of it and shot the opposite direction towards the pin.

I have an asshole golf buddy of mine who gets those types of bounces and always states, "better to be lucky than good". Then proceeds to never break 100.

Maybe he doesn't measure his self worth by his golf score. I play Zen-golf: score is unimportant, it's the act of golf that matters.

His score matters to him, believe me.

Otherwise he wouldn't try to sneak strokes on his scorecard.

I can do all the stuff that professional golfers do. I can hit the draw, I can hit the fade, I can drive it 300 yards right down the middle, and I can sink that 60-foot putt.

The difference is that they can do it on purpose.

Pretty much. Mostly I try not to pull my dick out on the golf course before the 6th hole.

Make the downhill lie into an uphill lie by facing the opposite direction, open the crap out of the club face, swing away! Nicely done, FIGJAM!
