He probably still hasn't found the word 'castrate' in the cursive coca-cola logo.

Meh, the Montreal Expos did the hidden letter thing better:

www.bloggerstobenamedlater.com

The "EMB" stands for "Expos de Montreal Baseball"; the "Edward M Bronfman" legend floating around is BS, because it was Charles who founded the team.

If you play a game backwards in a vintage Brewer's uni it plays "Satan's Stoolsample."

Someone had to watch the Expos play for it to be noticed.

I knew this shortly after they switched to it, (but only because during a game some of the announcers mentioned it), but had no idea about the FedEx arrow.

If you never noticed that, just wait 'til you figure out the meaning of the Amazon.com logo. You'll be left a hollow shell, but with a faint smile, while your brain locks on trying to understand EVERYTHING from A to Z.

Anyone in Wisconsin over the past number of years has seen one of these:

After seeing it, with the B clearly highlighted, I doubt many people up there get surprised by it anymore.

when I was eight, I told my friend about this and he refused to see it. I pointed it out to him but he just kept insisting it was just a glove.

I'm ashamed to say, that it took me about 25 years, and I'm a huge Brewers fan.

It was just so perfectly done, it blended right in with the ball and glove.

I see people hold this up as the best sports logo ever, and I just don't get why it is so special.

I understand that I am completely biased as a Brewers fan, but I just don't think the Whalers logo is nearly as good as the ball and glove.

It isn't; people just like to cite old uniforms from defunct teams because they think it gives them more cred. The negative-space H is pretty cool though.

Look closely in the blue part of the logo - there is a "K" and a "C" - for "Kansas City".

It absolutely is cool, I just think the b and g is better. It also does seem that many design people think that everything peaked in the 50's.
