Attendants will be manning the stations to check IDs and DraftServ only allows cardholders to pour up to 48 ounces within a 15 minute span.

So, buy multiple cards.  And are you going to tell me those attendants will recognize each person who has been through the line before?

As long as all of the attendants hired have photographic memories and perfect recognition of time, yes. Those are pretty easy skills to learn, amirite?

Are you guys really debating how people are going to get around the draconian limit of a 12 oz beer every 3 minutes 45 seconds?

Damn, those prices are actually pretty good though, for ballpark prices. Plus you don't have to tip.

stpauler: FARK the All Star Game and the Minneapolis City Council too for selling off rights to the highest bidder.

OK, so they don't want any objectionable signs or protesters obstructing the sidewalks around Target Field during All Star weekend. Typical overreaching police BS.

[reads article]

"The disagreement stems from a resolution passed by the City Council in February that prohibited many public displays including parades, banners, signs and political events from July 5-20.

The "Clean Zone" encompasses all of downtown Minneapolis, a portion of Northeast Minneapolis and a portion of the University of Minnesota's campus," said Charles Samuelson, Executive Director of the ACLU of Minnesota."

Holy Fark!  Who thought this was OK?  What farking country is this?

If the game wasn't in the middle of the week, I'd drive up there just to drink in the bars around the downtown. Guessing there will be some good people watching.

I'm not trying to be reasonable, just trying to follow the discussion.

Its totally unenforceable and unconstitutional. If they try to arrest someone that person would have an autowin lawsuit.

i'm assuming the vending machine are to alleviate long lines at concessions, if your going to sell beer from a vending machine then just make it cans.

what about fans who cant properly pour a beer. or when the keg blows.
and you would have attendants to watch? why not just make another concession area??

ridonkulous.

now i need a beer.
