If that's your idea of patriotism then you really need to play Saint's Row 4.

No, that's the most reverse-weeaboo game I've seen in a while though, the cinematics of a Michael Bay film with the dialog/voice acting of a japanese kids cartoon.  Saints Row 4 is your most all american game son.  Weeaboo.

Saints Row 4 doesn't have the President of the United states throwing a tank 5 times his size off of a bridge all for the purpose of protecting the Statue of Liberty from the evil Vice President

Nor does it have The most patriotic mech in the world with a grenade launcher that shoots footballs

Came here to say this.  This game is hella good fun.  More fun that GTA, IMO.  GTA is complex and interesting, but hasn't been "fun" since vice city.  It also doesn't have Keith farking David.  As the vice president. fark yeah.

-

A)  You're the President, and you do a lot more than throw around a tank 5 times your size.
B)  Go search for the 'Merica gun shooting
C)  The Screamin' Eagle flaps its wings
D)  http://youtu.be/cygRhjY0Mjk  terrible let's play voiceover, but it shows the first sequence of the game after customization

They did an amazing job in SR4 with the superpowers. It would have been nice if they had had time for more content, but hey, at least they got the really important part right.

And they're so blatantly making fun of GTA and the controversy around it. One of your earliest objectives in the game is literally "Kill cops".

And the game had an amazing sense of humor, like Kenzie arguing about the plural of "Veteran Child" being "Veteran Child's", not "Veteran Children", and then going so far as to update the objective on the screen.

In SR4 you physically possess the in-world equivalent of the Statue of Liberty and fight a giant drink mascot.

I also enjoyed the "romance" parts of the game.  There really wasn't any "do this quest to sleep with me".  It was like the antithesis of Mass Effect and other games. It was do you wanna fark? Sure.

Forgot about the that beauty of a gems.  And as I said Keith Farking David as the Vice President.  I don't care how over top patriotic a game is.  Nothing tops this.  But there is so much fun shiat in the game (i.e. The choice of voice for your character: Male voice 1, mail voice 2, mail voice 3, or Nolan North Voice.)

All I'm hearing from this thread is that someone needs to photoshop Metal Wolf Chaos and SR4 together into a 4th of July poster to show off the fighting caliber of our Presidents.

Getting intro'ed to Mayor Burt Reynolds about to bang a Diamond Jackson look-alike in a slutty cop oufit in SR3 was pretty awesome.
