I would say he would be proud of current marijuana. As he smuggled Chinese "hemp" seeds illegally, I think he would get a kick out of how many varieties, strengths, and flavors we have produced, all while being illegal on a federal level. It's people pursuing happiness without needing the governments approval, and I always felt that is what Jefferson was about, that and black chicks.
