gasoline is combustible.  combustible liquids can be used to cause an explosion.  evil doers use explosives to commit terror against freedom.

this might be terrorism!

terorrism i say!  everybody panic!

nationalize the gas stations!  institute an identification system requiring a special permit to get gas!  put TSA on the case with contract guards standing at each pump!  get the NSA to work looking for anyone who has used gasbuddy.com in the past ten years!  have the FBI interview people with those red gas cans!  tell the CIA to round up people from gasoline producing countries and stick their heads underwater until the confess!  get the nation's defense firms to work on $570 billion gasoline detecting sniffers to be installed on every street corder!  send the bill to Congress!  how can you talk about costs at a time like this!  terrorism!

terrorism!  support the troops!  freedom!  you're either with us or your against us!  stop questioning things!  terrorism!

By god man! You've rallied my patriotic spirit! You just wait here a minute, I'm gonna pull my 1994 Ford Taurus around, I modified it with a machinegun turret on top, and its painted like the General Lee! You know, from the Dukes of Hazard, that was a TV show if ya didn't know, but anyway, ima get my car, and grab my collection of US flag bandanas, and I can't forget my fully functional authentically reproduced Rambo knife, got it on sale at Cabelas.

And, don't forget the beer, we're gonna show those commie red bastards what Americans fight for!

God, guns, and big titties!

Those are three things I can get behind.

Although, we should substitute beer for God; so, it'd be: Beer, Guns and Big Titties.

There is a laundry list of things Bush is guilty of but most people have forgotten that it was senators Daschle and Rockefeller that rammed through TSA, Bush fought it but the dems fixated on all those new federal union employees they would gain and created the biggest boondoggle that came out of 9-11, some (like the NSA spying and national security letters) are more evil but the biggest pure clusterfark was a purely democratic one

That's pretty clever. Looks like gas stations are going to have to start using locking reinforced covers for the tanks.

Wouldn't it have been easier to just go do that at a gas station that was closed though? It was 1:30am, not every gas station is open 24 hours.

You don't seem to understand. Democrats never do anything wrong, and anybody who says that they do is a super-racist and is also a dumb teahadi; who's objections must be quashed immediately, no matter how valid those objections may seem. And if they start talking louder; start chanting HOPE AND CHANGE.

Reselling stolen gasoline? I've read about these rackets from the mid 1930s. Complete down to tax arbitrage, where you'd buy gas in two different state where there was a dime or more difference in tax rates. This being when a dime was a dime a gasoline cost a quarter per gallon.

Back in the day (circa middle-school), I was actually able to drive my Go-Kart to the local gas station and "fill-'er-up" * for about 50-cents * or less.

/* = if you don't know how that is possible, get offa' my lawn!
// also, the cops did not hassle you if they saw you riding a Go-Kart to the "gas station" for a "fill up"

I think you're right.. they even had a fancy computer jammer to block out the video recorder from capturing their license plate!  And, most likely, they were all females with computer generated overlays on the inside cameras to frame some other poor saps, too.

/real smart on the idiot pigs to ask for help in catching them, then hiding the plate #s...  can show their faces, but no, not plate numbers. On common vehicles, you might see it right in front of you in traffic and never give it a 2nd glance.

Ya. You just pumped the dinosaur's tail and gas flowed right out.  It's where the idea for the water well hand pump came from.

If they were siphoning the gas, the police might want to look for mole men, since the tank they were filling was lower than the gas station's in-ground tanks.

This is a worrying development; what are mole men using all the gas for?

1982? I dunno, some dickbag siphoned the gas out of my car only 2 years ago. Glad I noticed the previously full tank was almost dry right away, getting stranded in a new place, with no contacts, and a young kid (carseat could be seen in the back) wouldn't have been fun. farking Orlando.
