None of us will ever be living in a universe where Community doesn't exist and it will continue to go on and on forever producing half-hours of TV that are, equally, awesome and awful and all of us on the Internet will continue to dance along the impossible x/y-axis of Dan Harmon is a genius and Dan Harmon is a dick.

Good Lord man, get an editor. Double negatives and run on sentences are unbecoming of a writer.

Craig Ferguson had a good run, and will be missed, sure. But I don't think he needs to be "saved."

Futurama's already been saved. Multiple times. It, too, had a decent run, and now it's over.

Sometimes things you like end. Get over it.

Community is pretty much only getting saved because of the "six seasons and a movie" joke. It's already lost Chase and Glover.

Was coming in here to say this. I miss that show. It had a great cast (Ray Wise is one of the best Satan's I've seen) and a good mixture of comedy and drama. It was bullshiat that they cancelled it on a major cliffhanger.

Don't know if it is still happening, but before it had gotten cancelled, Glover had said he would be returning to Community.  At least temporarily.  And, assuming there is only one more season, anything is temporarily.

What a weird writer, he kept saying stuff like this "...with all of its beautiful white men .." and I kept double-taking. I guess it takes a gay writer to properly awkwardly objectify male actors?

Pushing Daisies is one I'd really to see get another chance to live. The showrunner on that one has tried comics, musicals, and crowd funding to get something going but it never seems to pan out.

Terminator, Jericho, and Southland.

I was probably the first biggest fan of Community on Fark when it premiered, but now I'm indifferent to its existence.  It had a great run, but it was definitely lightning in a bottle.  So many things had to be just right for it to work.

Better Off Ted was a show ended too quickly because it was always moving around the schedule.  The building control system that couldn't see black people episode, the promotion of offensive language episode were hilarious and those fake company ads started most episodes off right.  It lasted longer than many shows so you can't complain too much, but still I would have liked to seen it stabilize in a time slot and have a season or two more.

I've just recently given this show a chance and I was shocked to find out that Mayor Guyliner, Nestor Carbonell, is not Ted.  For the longest time I'd see the show's title image and thought it was him.

Ted was one of those that took a bit to hit its stride, but once it did it was great.

I never saw Better Off Ted when it was actually airing but somehow started watching it on Netflix years ago.  Thought it was a great show.

/bring on the usual suspects of:  SG:U, Firefly, etc...for what I want to be revived.

The Good Guys (Jenny Wade in the blue dress. Dear lord.)
Reaper (Jenny Wade again. Plus some other great characters.)
Dollhouse (Was starting to get good and then wrapped up in a rushed stupid fashion because they knew they were being cancelled.)
Firefly (Le sigh)
Freaks and Geeks (Was a firefly like cancellation before cancelling good shows became cool.)

I agree with everyone above who said futurama had run its course. Own every DVD and watched it all multiple times but it was losing its touch at the end and I'm glad they ended it when they did.

I love Futurama. Love it. My son's middle name is Fry. I have a little toy Bender sitting on my liquor cabinet. But really people, the show is gone. It isn't coming back. It isn't like it had 1 season and was cut off the block, it had several seasons and 4 feature-length films. I don't know if it was the writers or Comedy Central's handling of the show, but as much as I love it, it wasn't the same since it went back on the air in CC's hands. The only real memorable episode from the last couple seasons is "The Late Phillip J Fry". Most other episodes just seemed.... forced.

Brought back now? No, I don't think it could happen now. Go back in time a decade+ ago and have someone immediately save it after it was canceled? Definitely.
