There's a cheat code for it. If you bump into it and then apologize profusely it will dispense bagged milk as a consolation prize.

There are no words to the HNIC theme, but the drum solo is hard to nail correctly

Actually, there are words in the intro -- "Hello Canada and hockey fans in the United States and Newfoundland"

I thought there national anthem was Glass Tiger's "Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)."

I realized during the 2010 Winter Olympics that I knew all the words to "O Canada". I have no idea how or when I managed that, as I really don't watch that much hockey.

But, man, what a great anthem.

I have to remember to stop clicking Daily Mail articles.

I only get the first 12 words or so.

Oh, Canada
Your beer is mighty good
For burning weeds and removing stains
For killing slugs and stripping paint
Your beer is migh--ighty good.

Oh Canada
Gold liquid crap
Oh Canada
We can't stand your weak spew
Oh Canada
We hate your golden weak spew

Which version? One of the 10 or so 'original' versions? The pre-addition of God version? The half-English, half-French version or the half-French, half-English one?

Doesn't matter; singing any of those for a Molson just ain't worth it.

The Irish version has a breathalyzer and a minimum BAC before it'll open for you.

I thought the Canadian Anthem was "Cut's Like a Knife" by Bryan Adams...

It is amazing how the CNA sticks with you.   I am 100% certain I know the words to it but I usually get lost half way into the 'Merican one.... and  then I somehow switch to the CNA.

Proud American.

I wonder if it works for Marylanders and Christmas carolers...

"O Tannenbaum," The go-to melody for a quick anthem.

Newfoundland, the only legislature in the history of democracy  to vote itself out of existence...true story.

Uh. It's a completely different melody.

Of course the old HNIC song has lyrics.  Every Canadian knows them.

Dah, Dah-da-Daaah, Dah Dah Dada-Daah

Dah, Dah-da-Daaah, Dah Dah Dada-Daah

But Rogers is going to screw the show up, like everything else they touch, so who cares.
