It's not reaction times that win test matches

It's skill, practiced so often that you can perform at top level even after 80 minutes of high intensity play, that wins tests

Which is why ABs are top of the pile and Scotland are permanent also-rans

I don't think antioxidants work like that, not on the short term, anyways.

/there is a new school of thought that says antioxidants aren't as good as they seem as they may increase the life of cells that would serve the body better if they were killed off.
