That's because it won't be much different than when he lost his virginity.

A bunch of big sweaty guys throwing him to the ground and jumping on top of him.

Kinda sad he blew all his money, and is playing in the CFL. I liked the guy when he was really good and had some harmless celebrations which, of course, brought attention to himself and got him fined.

Seems like a player, who had a few good years, got famous, and just gave up (unless there's an injury I'm not aware of.)

/find it hard to believe he couldn't do better than a 6th round wr, but then again, the Patriots let him go

I think he's said he's said that there aren't any money problems and that he just still wanted to play.  as a CFL fan I'm ok with that, he hasn't pretended that he is too good to be in the CFL and is by all accounts being fun.

Now I do look forward to seeing him get flattened as well.

Game on!

What? He's 36 years old. He had a six-year stretch as one of the best receivers in the game, then dropped off after he turned 30. That's pretty good longevity by NFL standards.

I never quite got the 85 hate.  He's flashy, he's got a big ego, but he also had the skills to back it up.  And unlike his contemporaries (TO, Moss), he also seemed to be self-aware about it.  I've never really seen him to be an asshole about it...it's more like, "I'm young, incredibly fit, making mind-boggling amounts of money...imma gonna have a lot of fun with this, and hope everyone else tags along."

He'll probably have a couple of pretty good seasons in the CFL, just because he's doing it for fun, and will work at it.  Which as an Eskimos fan kinda sucks for me, but oh well...

I expect there are Ochocinco reasons.

As a Bengals fan, he was a distraction. He spent more time talking shiat to DB's and prepping for his Touchdown Celebrations, that he forgot to actually go over the game plan. He was great because the inside receivers Cincy had would destroy defenses for 4-9 yards a reception, so they'd bring help underneath, leaving Chad single covered. He was really good for a few years, lead the division and conference in catches and yards, but his big head got the best of him.

He had blown all his money being dumb, and began insisting on new contracts every year. Since he didn't get the contracts every year, he began acting like a petulant child and not playing as hard (much like TO), and his skills just happened to be fading at the same time, plus, Cincy lost a few good slot receivers, leaving Chad not only with sliding talent, but double coverage.

And, let's be honest, Cincy is just cursed.
