I was curious how this banal story made it into the media -- though not Fark, good job, subby -- and looked up Wayne County, IL. Population, 16,760: they'll be talking about the day the cattle wandered out of the open gate for the next three generations.

Having BBQd in both states recently, I can tell you a 13lb brisket in Colorado goes for about $65. In Texas, that brisket is about $32.

/HEB might be the best thing about Texas
