You might not be able to remember it, but I'm pretty sure the Donald hasn't forgotten.

I wonder if Trump asked for an apology like Obama White House asked of Ben Carson?

Misconduc: Well considering he started with nothing

"Trump was born in New York City in 1946, the son of real estate tycoon Fred Trump. Fred Trump's business success not only provided Donald Trump with a posh youth of private schools and economic security but eventually blessed him with an inheritance worth an estimated $40 million to $200 million. It is critical to note, however, that his father's success, which granted Donald Trump such a great advantage, was enabled and buffered by governmental financing programs. In 1934, while struggling during the Great Depression, financing from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) allowed Fred Trump to revive his business and begin building a multitude of homes in Brooklyn, selling at $6,000 apiece. Furthermore, throughout World War II, Fred Trump constructed FHA-backed housing for US naval personnel near major shipyards along the East Coast."

stampylives: TV's Vinnie: How does someone as dense as Donald Trump get to become a bazillionaire while intelligent people struggle to even get a student grant for college?

quick synopsis:

1. inherit $200,000,000 from someone who turned a profit exploiting government relief funding after the depression
2. turn your $200,000,000 into -$5,000,000,000
3. get bailed out and walk away from the $5,000,000,000 debt; $1,000,000,000 of which you personally guaranteed
4. have an IPO, based largely on the investor confidence from not being required to pay off debt
5. profit

And this guy isn't being passed around between former mafia dons and ex drug lords at Leavenworth by now for WHAT reason?

reaperducer: It's not so much that I'm surprise that people give a crap what Donald Trump is up to, it's that I can't believe people still give a crap about Jon Stewart.  He became a cliche parody of himself within the first couple of seasons.

For some reason there's this group of people who are all about Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Seth Rogan.  They get all of their news and worldviews through those lenses.  And at the same time, they're also the loudest bunch of farkers on the internet and know nothing about the things they shout about.

http://www.annenbergpublicpolicycenter.org/stephen-colberts-civics-l es son-or-how-a-tv-humorist-taught-america-about-campaign-finance/

Viewers of "The Colbert Report" who watched faux-conservative TV host Stephen Colbert set up a super PAC and 501(c)(4) organization during the last presidential election cycle proved to be better informed about campaign financing and the role of money in politics than viewers of other news channels and shows, according to a new study.

If you still find the Daily Show interesting, it's probably time to get out of your mom's basement and get a job.

Hey now, isn't that one of dem dere fallacy statements I keep hearing about?

Nobody knows how much Donald Trump is worth because he sues anybody who tries to find out.  The "successful businessman" thing is schtick, he's really a professional media personality, and he's tanked every other business venture he's every put his hands on.

This is the guy who went bankrupt running a casino, after all:  the 1 business where the house is guaranteed not to lose money, he dug deep and found a way to fail at it.

The next time someone tells me "I have never heard such tripe from left wing idiots such as you, clearly you have no idea what you're talking about", I will respond with "That's okay, I forgive you."

If someone asks me "Do you have any idea how many millions of people agree with me?", I will respond with "Yeah, you can use it, but it hasn't been cleaned in a while."

If someone asks me "When will you people learn?", I will respond with "About 4:36pm, on a Tuesday."

So when he comments on actual hypocrisy and lies, with video evidence, that's fake news to you? You may not care for his style, but it is far from fake news. There are a sizable number of voting mouth-breathers who don't fact-check a thing they are fed by Fox (are you one of them?), or any other news site. JS is good at sourcing info and waving the bullshiat flag on inflammatory, misleading rhetoric. Sorry, but the Fox News crowd provides more fodder than "lefties."

I'd bet you've never actually watched his show because it is too humiliating after a minute. He uses big words and provides citations to back up what he says.
