Just out of curiosity, is there any truth tho the rumor i've been hearing of late that he decided to try and make a 3rd Hellboy?

Wrestling with the one-eyed snake doesn't count.

If feverishly masturbating 10 times a day made your arm that big, Fark would be the World Cup of arm wrestling.

Oh please don't tease me like that.

I heard Perlman said he was never going to do another one. I think it had to do with the excessive time spent in makeup each day.

Damn though, those were two great movies.

A couple years ago Perlman put the makeup on for a kid with cancer and said he wanted to do a third but Del Toro's too busy.

I vaguely remember hearing something like that.  I know that he hated all the time it took to get the makeup on but perhaps time (& desire of $) have made him think otherwise.  We can only hope.

And weirdly cut in half, too. I'll see the content before the pic, then some of what comes after it will be cut out, and then if it's long enough the rest of the post will show up underneath the pic as if the middle of the post just didn't exist.

'Many people's first association with arm wrestling is a beer-soaked bar-table and drunken sailors - which is completely wrong.'

Followed by:

Of how he began his career, he explains: 'In 2004, a little bar in Haldensleben was looking for the strongest arm wrestler in the region - my first tournament and the beginning of my career.

Way to break the stereotype.

Well, he wasn't a drunken sailor in a bar, he was just a drunken drunk in a bar. That difference is significant. For me, the stereotype is broken.

According to the German Wikipedia article about him (Google Translated), he was the 2013 Vice World Champion (70kg), 7 times German Champion (4 times singles champion and 3 times team standing championship), 3 time winner of the Grand Prix of Germany, and has won 14 international championships.   And apparently he has actually be nicknamed "Hellboy".

His personal website (which includes an English version) has more details.

challenge them to arm wrestle on the left side. This one handed thing seriously favors right handed people.

Netflix has a show called "Is It Possible" that has a small 10-minute or so documentary on this specific guy. I just happened to have watched it about a week ago. It's narrated by the same guy that does Mythbusters (which makes sense, since it's a Discovery Channel show).
