That's "site", subs. As in, the producers of your food would be able to identify food borne bacteria at the site at which they produce it, potentially saving your shiatter hours of fiery entertainment.

You may want to go to some sort of sight site to check your sight, in the meantime.

I've got a Popeye's chicken place that can be relied on if I'm feeling constipated. The signage warns that it's their training store, and it's strictly ESL.
