For all the cases that are never solved, it's nice for the police to get some like this where the idiots do everything but handcuff themselves.

It doesn't sound like his tweets had anything to do with his arrest. He had a headlight out.

Yay stupid people!

The cops more or less ignore my drug dealing neighbors. One of them must be a CI because I heard him loudly yelling "I'm not a snitch!" one afternoon.

Can't see how telling the cop "No, I don't give you permission to search my car" would have hurt. Probably wouldn't have changed the outcome any, but ...

Had an ex-employee turn in his work cellphone today. Quick scan of his texts tells me he was dealing weed on the side. Dude, your 'incognito' lingo is not so incognito. Good riddance, u stupid fark. BTW, can u hook a sista up with some of those 'killa tomatoes' when 'your man' gets 'his shiat'?

Years ago - like last century, the code we used was concert tickets for artists that weren't actually touring at the time, which was pretty stupid because if the phone lines actually were tapped, my dealer friend would have already been farked - and it's pretty obvious too.  Probably a bit more subtle than 'killa tomatoes', but still.

Eventually stopped using any code other than asking if he wanted to hang out, which could actually mean "Do you want to hang out?".

Of course, none of this was texted - all voice calls.

What bugs me about this arrest is how each pill he was busted for rates its own separate charge.  He had 19 pills - that should be ONE charge, just like his more than 20 grams of pot was a single charge.

And yet...I'd love to try some of his product...

I reminded the remaining employees that work cellphones belong to me and that, if I so choose, I can view their text messages online at any time -- so for the love of god, please keep any dealing or sexting to your personal cellphones. I don't want to read that stuff and then I've got to wonder, if you're dealing on my phones -- are you delivering in my vehicles, on my time? I don't care what anyone does on his or her personal time with their personal property. However, I'm not okay with having anything of mine confiscated during an arrest or investigation.  I'll vote for legalization if ever given the opportunity. Until then, keep those activities away from me and mine.

And, yes, I agree -- a charge per pill is ridiculous. If anything there should be an "up to x amount of pills equates one charge, after that another x amount of pills equate to a second charge, etc." I've never been into drugs. But if someone else wants to feel high or down or whatever their drug of choice does for them, I'm not sure why that should be criminalized at all, but it is.

I really don't care if someone smokes weed. Sure you are special, you need drugs to relax I get it, but seriously nobody else gives a fark.

Yeah, having an easily fixed vehicle violation always befuddles me. At least don't carry until it's taken care of.

This is farking bullshiat.

How the fark do you expect this guy to relieve his pain now? Just pop a couple Bayer aspirin?

What the hell is a xanax bar?

big pig peaches: What the hell is a xanax bar?

It looks like a little bar. Three milligrams, and scored so it can be broken into 1 milligram pieces. Very popular

I don't think the kid is too mechanically inclined, for some reason he keeps his drugs, liquor and turbo charger all in the same room.

I feel SO much safer now that this guy is off the street

...seriously, people this dumb shouldn't be driving.

Looks like a preppie, talks like a shiatty rapper. I think I know this guy.

2014-06-16 09:06:05 PM
Yeah, not so much, subby....

They pulled him over for a traffic violation (missing a headlight), and found a backpack full of drugs in his car. There's nothing in TFA about him getting busted for the Tweets or getting a stiffer sentence or convicted because of them. They're just incidental r to the story.

And to think, it had such potential as a headline, too bad you had to blow it, subby.

That shiat bothers me, too. It's kinda like when they get the guy for driving drunk down the wrong side of the freeway and start layering on every instance of unsafe passing, not using a turn signal, etc. Just charge him with the big charge and move on.

And WTH is a "Xanax bar" do you get to eat the shiat like a Kit Kat now?

What would have happened if hadn't consented to a search?

He would have sat on the side of the road for an extra hour while they called in the k-9 unit.

I had to look it up. It sounds like something you might want to snack on in the afternoon at the office.

The kid should have moved to Tennessee.  Nobody ever gets pulled over there for only having one headlight.

This kid has one sweet hair helmet.

Attention whoring and illegal activity are not a good mix if you want to remain at liberty...
