Or that fried chicken thing with crap thrown on it for $6.  Was Domino's trolled by focus groups?

The last thing I bought at Domino's was pull dated.

I hope they enjoy that money they got out of me 8 years ago.

The sad thing is that there was a time that they actually made decent pizza.  Before they squeezed every last nickel out of their ingredients.

I was curious and get the Jalapeno one as a side to

unsurprisingly, it was mediocre. Not awful, just exactly what it looks like.

Their new pizza is better than their old pizza.

Domino's focuses on coming up with products that require the least amount of new items in their inventory.  The chicken things aren't bad, to be honest, and for what you get you're paying less than what most places charge for an equivalent amount of wings.

That time is now. They're pizza has gotten better in the last few years. I don't usually get pizza from the place down the street. Their pizza is a mediocre and the last time I ordered delivery, it took them an hour because they had to deliver pizza to someone 15 miles away before they could deliver it to me, 1 mile away. I pick Domino's every time.

2014-06-16 04:48:39 PM
Yeah, I'll admit to snarfing some Domino, the newer stuff is way better than the 'zas of yore.  However, anyone who's dumb enough to actually save their CC info to a pizza joint deserves what's coming to them.

I wouldn't know since the last time I tried to order takeout (takeout - not delivery) from either chain they refused to take the order because I wasn't calling from a landline (in which I didn't have one).  Granted - that was a while ago but considering there are 9000 pizza places available to eat from in any giving city - I stopped caring.

When I started college, PJs was a novelty to me because I had never had it before.  It was local to campus and would deliver anywhere - classrooms, dorm rooms, whatever.  Fast and cheap.

Two weeks later, I couldn't even handle the smell anymore.  And as generic and crappy as it really is, I still enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time.

I tried them, once. Once. For the novelty. Don't bother - it's as nasty as it appears.

See, it's just their chicken chunks, only with toppings, spread out on the same paper & packaging that they use for their greasy-ass "sandwiches." That's it, really. They're following the same "reduce, reuse, recycle" commitment followed by Taco Bell, KFC, and other restaurants in the Yum! hangar - they're attempting to generate attention & interest by remixing the same tired, old shiat in new ways, to get you to come in at least once more - and they're working out the interval in which you forget that they're peddling shiat. Eventually, all three of those chains are just going to merge (in many places, the franchisees have done just that) and serve the same pap in different forms.

Yum! Foods is the precursor to the Soylent Corporation. They're working out the details before they switch protein sources, is all.

All 5 Dominoes in Denmark was checked and found to be so unsanitary that they got the maximum fine, that follows before having their stores being closed.

Err, except Yum owns Pizza Hut, not Domino's.

I really get pizza from two local places here in town owned and operated by NY WOPS. Excellent is not the word to describe one of them, the other is fantastic.

I still like buying fresh dough from Publix and making my own on a pizza stone on the grill. I started doing that a month ago, and now I'm fairly addicted to it.

They will "return" the data much like you "return" a file someone emailed you. The hackers will keep their copy, and start spamming every website (including banks) hoping for positive results so they can just get more money. Dominos, or whatever other company this should happen to, would be fools to think that these hackers are in any way honorable and keep their word.

If anything else, governments can use these kinds of crimes as excuses to push for tightly state-controlled internet.

I eat Domino's. Judge me as you like, but if you know what to order it's not terrible, especially if you aren't in a major city with a dozen better places to choose from. I usually go with the thin crust with light white sauce, salami, banana peppers, and feta, or one of the thicker crusts with steak, mushrooms, onions, peppers and bbq sauce. Their wings aren't the worst, but they don't qualify as great or even very good, just good to mundane. I like the Parmesan bites. Their sandwiches and pasta are better then tv dinners and not much more expensive.  Those chicken specialty things tingle my stoner sense in a way that only a Dr Who marathon could compete with, but fail to deliver on actual taste and were really not worth it. But the crown jewel of stoner deliver is Domino's molten lava cakes, they're greasy, chocolatey, gooey, crunchy, soft, ridiculously sweet, and retardedly delicious.

So yeah I like Domino's, like I like other fast food, it's open when I get off from making real food and all the other real food places are closed.

there is a unicorn art theme hitting society; there was a farker who said he asks for unicorn art in his hotels as a special request when booking.  tempted to try it myself.

on the third, not sure what I would do with that many peppers, but my anus would hate me.

Making your own dough is not difficult. I keep a few wheat crust pizzas worth in the freezer.

I actually love Dominos since they rebooted the ingredients. The online ordering process is superior to all competitors as well.

I can order a pizza online with a few clicks before I leave work, and it arrives 5 minutes after I get home - (20 minutes total). They're doin it right

I have enough local pizza joints to keep me away from the chains, but every once in a while I really get the craving for Pizza Hut. It's what we got when I was a kid, and I guess that it's comfort food.

Mmmmm....deep dish meat lovers.

Had Dominoes last night for the first time in a long while. Blech! I should have just ate leftovers.

I used to like this for one slice at at time:

I'm not sure a whole pie would be edible.

I'm with you.

I used to despise Dominos.  Greasy bases, cheapest "cheese" available, toppings looked like they had been sat in the sun for a day or so to dry out.  I avoided them like the plague for about 10 years.

Now, they're probably my favourite delivery chain.  Added to that, when you order a thin & crispy base off of them, it is actually thin, and crispy.

Their hot-dog and mustard stuffed crust is pretty awesome (I generally think stuffed crust are a waste of time).

Their app is pretty good as well.

Wouldn't this be a great time to "Avoid the Noid"?  Our family tried Domino's once...and only once;
my mother said the sausage looked like bits of cat food.
