But just how fast can a motorized wheelchair speed through our test track?

To get an answer, we'll turn to our lame racing driver.

Some say that his drool has hallucinogenic properties and is banned in 40 nations. Others say that his feeding tube is filled with motor oil.

All we know is, he's called the Gimp

Good to see he's no longer a complete vegetable. Let this be a lesson to anyone thinking skiing off-trail is a very bad idea.

As a lucky Fark that has crashed into his fair share of 'obstacles', there but for the grace of God go I...

Best of luck on your recovery, hope you race again.

I'm assuming you meant to warn people away from skiing off-trail.

Anyway, good to see he is recovering.

Race again? He'll be lucky to function like a normal human being again. He'll never be approved for racing again unless it's Forza.

Yeah, I kind of thi k that the chances are incredibly high that he just doesn't need a ventilator now so they're moving him to make room and for a change of scenery. Odds are high that he's barely able to eat potatoes, say the word.c

Not likely. Schumi was more susceptible to simulator sickness. It was partially responsible for the decline of his performance in his later years as testing was restricted.

No passing? The hospital must be in Monaco.

I can't get enough if the no passing joke. It's in the headline. You used it again. I use it every time I see my f1-obsessed brother in law. It's funny because it's true.

Aw man. Just turned on a rerun of Top Gear as The Stig takes off his helmet.
Michael probably is pretty potato now. Sad to say. Hope he can live out his days in comfort and happiness.

What the off-trail area looks like:

It was mostly just a freak accident and I was just as saddened to see that Top Gear rerun knowing that person really isn't with us anymore.

Or 2005.  I won't keep going, because we all know I'm right. I love F1, but the fact is, most of the race is decided by qualifying.

Yeah, I just saw the article and thought "Oh good, the Stig enters rehab!".  Hope he recovers fully and quickly.
