While watching that video, I experienced one thought more prominent than any other.

"JOHN ADAMS!"

/Did not have to look it up on the Internet, either.
//Did confirm it after thinking it, though, because I lack self-confidence.

Conan is such a history nerd, I figured he was going to fire those two guys on the spot.

So... it's NOT Abraham Lincoln?

Conan interacting with his staff are my favorite bits of his.

And his assistant is pretty hot, so that helps.

I have no plans to play this game, but I really want to see youtube videos of Little Mac beating people up in this game.

In fairness, John Adams didn't really do a lot as president, and the Jefferson guess was only off by one.  That's less wrong than you'd get from putting most people on the spot on a subject they aren't being paid or paying to involve themselves in, I've gotten high-school students to screw up two plus two by sticking them in front of people and doing the out-of-context question while they were distracted.

Alien and Sedition Acts?

SSB on its surface is really crazy - partially because it's such a love letter to Nintendo fans that some of its refrences are deep even for geeks of the genre (and a lot have Japanese roots, so they are even more confounding to Americans).

I'm really eager for the game. A better online experience, a better variety of characters than SSBB/M and a giant roster will up what's all ready one of my favorite games I hope.

Seriously, though, everyone should be ignorant about at least one Smash Bros character.

I'm champing at the bit for the 3DS version to come out.  It's linkable to the WiiU so that's a plus for fans.

The fact that the big legislative deal of the time lasted barely five years and didn't have much real impact beyond being political fodder for the Jefferson campaign sort of proves my point, there.

// Technically the quasi-war happened under Adams but since we didn't really have a navy as such at the time, that wasn't really much to do with his administration either.

She's got quite the schnozz on her. It actually suits her very well, but nobody's ever gone to the plastic surgeon and said "give me one like that."

I'm guessing that when Conan actually seriously wants someone fired nobody believes him.

"Didn't I fire that guy last month for excessive lateness, insubordination and inciting a stampede?"

"Oh, you were serious about that?"
