I'm near their other parks, hell, won  4 free passes a couple of weeks ago, they don't beat you over the head with it.

And hell, I'm an atheist, and I would ban butt flossers and denim if I owned one.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!

They claim to be 'Family Friendly'

What about the dads? If I can't put on my mirrored sunglasses and ogle the MILFs in their thongs, I'd might as well stay the fark home.

I have been to many water parks, and they are all "family oriented," and secular.  They do not allow thongs either.  This is just a big "non-story," thank-you MSM.  But on the plus side it must be a slow news day if this story is getting time.

Thongs on waterslides tend to have 'accidents'.

What's wrong with denim other than the threads clog up the filters?

If you're the type of person who chooses to spend time at a "faith-based waterpark", then I can guarantee no one wants to see your butt floss.

In fact, they should probably hand out olde-timey, down-to-the-knees suits at the gate.

Probably that, think of what thousands of rednecks in jorts in the pool everyday would do to the filtration system after one month.

Yup, alcohol and frat boys have pretty much ruined tubing on the Guadalupe.  People just don't know how to behave in public anymore.  Having a good time does not mean you have to be an annoyance to everybody else.

I agree with you. I really don't think they are very popular anymore. Probably because of the fact that about 1% of the population actually looks good in one.

CSB time...my wife and I are friends with another couple. The female of the other couple is extremely attractive - smoking hot. Anyway, we went to the lake with them for a weekend once. I've got to admit, I was way fired up to see her in a bikini. Anyway, she wore a thong on one of the days and even as hot as this woman is, it still just didn't look that good. Her regular bikini was way sexier.

I went to the water park down here and was laying on one of the chairs when a teenage girl stopped right behind me to speak to her friend. this teenage girl was wearing a thong and had her back to me. I was laying on my back and when I opened my eyes I was looking directly up into her crotch area. With the thong this teenage girl was wearing I was able to see her vulva quite clearly. I did not have a problem with this at all.

I can see jeans, because the rivets on them would tear up the slides, but thongs are rare at the water parks I have been to.

She looks faith-based to me.

That's not a thong.  This is a thong (NSFW)

I've seen more cotton in the top of an aspirin bottle!

Deucednuisance: NSCSB: One of the ways the local Megachurches near me get people to work for free is to tell them they are performing a "Ministry"*, as opposed to "grunt labor"

I'm no longer religious, but when I hear stuff like this, I like my Methodist upbringing more and more.  We'd lean on people for grunt work for stuff once in a great while (picnics and stuff), but at least they would just TELL you that they needed help moving picnic tables or whatever.

Hey guys, we're not trying to be all "Texas Waterpark" in here, but we end up on no-no lists when there's too much skin on our pages, and then people end up getting Fark blocked at work and some other places. We appreciate butts as next as the next Farker, but let's please not show too much skin. A thong is too much skin in this case, but feel free to link to the pictures with a NSFW warning. Thanks!

"Family friendly"?

How the hell do they think we get families in the first place?

Loadmaster: Any predictions on how soon they will go out of business?

Not sure, the other ones they have are big on the water slides, light on the Jesus.  But both are small parks, in small markets.  THey seem to be a couple that are pretty good at business, the one nearest me is always busy during the season.

I think they know their market, "hey, we might not be that big, but we are closer than the big parks, and cheaper too!"

Plus, they seem to run them well, never hear about too many accidents or injuries on the local news.

I've seen too much of proponents of "family values" being some of the dirtiest in the bunch. I'm for a bar as soon as you walk in the place. The prospect of spending a day with the family is abhorrent to me. It's barely tolerable for my family, but being sober with other families as well? I know my family isn't the best, but it sure as hell beats spending time with someone elses crotch spawn.
It's nice to think you're above the others, but in reality, you can leave, and they still have their "lives".
Time to get the chilluns burquas, since we are free, as long as we all act alike and think alike.
