I'll stick with the thrilling "See How Many Beers You Can Ingest And Stay On Your Stoolinator" at Ruby's Bar and Grill.

Must not be very exciting. Those riders didn't make a sound.

Gotta check it out. Combined with the Cyclone and Totonno's, it sounds like a perfect day.

They have a similar coaster at Hershey Park, by far the most intense part of the ride to me is that vertical lift, I always feel like I am sliding backwards out of the back of the chair.

That dead-vertical lift would have me fairly unsettled even before it went 180 over the first hill. It's like they merged a drop tower with a roller coaster.

You know you are in Coney Island when you hear the roar of the Cyclone.

Yeah, and those dummies got to be the first to ride on it, too.

States it is a 2:00 minute ride, yet the video of the whole ride is only 1:11 and appears 10 seconds of that is of nothing happening.

It was running at twice the normal speed. You can tell this because the announcer makes his "please stay seated" conclusion announcement only halfway through the ride.

Saw: The ride at Thorpe Park (UK) has the same vertical lift, but as it goes over the top, it comes back under itself slightly to avoid a few rotating steel blades someone left lying around. A lot of it's in the dark too.

Only Rollercoaster in the UK I've seen where there are signs dotted around the queue with a phone number to call if there's any anti-social behaviour in the waiting punters. Probably all the pointy machinery and fake blood they've dotted around the place to add to the atmosphere

Wow, $10/ride?  By my math (if we assume 2 minute ride of 8 passengers, 1 minute for passengers to get off and new ones get on), that thing is grossing $1600/hour in gross revenue.  I'd be curious what the yearly tax is on that land in NY?

So we'll give em credit for a 90 second ride if we generously count the "waiting to be let in to the station" stop ...

Works out to about $400/hr at $10/ride.  Ridiculous.

I assumed he said it when he did because the ride was so farking short... not like there was any other time to do it.

The Thunderbolt is in Kennywood.  Do not accept any substitutions.
