That's why I don't keep my cellphone strapped to my balls anymore, no matter how nice the vibrate function is.

WOOHOOO!!

"A new study found that the low-level electromagnetic radiation (EMR) that mobile devices emit lowered sperm motility by 8%, and viability by 9%"

Oh.

With the unkillable gonorrhea coming from San Francisco, I think I'll keep things under wraps just the same.

What's with all the sex articles on Fark today? Did Drew sell Fark to Cosmopolitan?

2014-06-11 11:41:12 AM
Ugh, the linked summary from the article also doesn't begin to address methods.

"Exposure to cell phones" means what exactly?   Living in the same house?  Keeping them in your pocket?

I wonder if there's an app for more electromagnetic radiation for the guy's that don't want children, hell, some people will pay a buck a month for that.

Woo cell phones. It's like everything awesome these days kills your sperm!

Sausages and cell phones and weed and boxer briefs. I mean, at this point its almost like xmas. Next news article: big juicy rare steak cooked over a wood fired grill decrease sperm counts.

Even while the debate over whether cell phones causes cancer

Stopped reading right there. There is NO debate in the scientific and medical fields that cell phones cause cancer. It has been extensively studied and there is zero evidence of it. If they're going to start an article with such bullshiat as that, there's no reason to assume the rest has any merit.

I'm thinking it's not too effective against STDs.

2014-06-11 11:52:05 AM
Article makes it sound like it's an issue with the phone raising the temperature near the sack, rather than the waves passing through and killing sperms on their way.

Yea, but it doesn't decrease count, so, however long it used to take to knock the biatch up, add 9%.

Is it like how weed "damages" sperm, in that you're completely fine and back to normal once you stop smoking weed/carrying a cell phone?  Or is this something more permanent, like nuclear radiation?

(That's what this pitiful quote formatting should look like, Drew.)

Okay, okay, we know it's not causing cancer in the brain, but this does prove your brain cells are being cooked and it's making people dumber.

Once again... It's not causing a disease, it's causing you to become Gomer Pyle.
