I was thinking more, do this everyday for a few months with artificial sweetener.  They'll eventually stop testing and responding due to costs and delays.  That's when you put the real stuff in and mail it.

Ya know, non artificial sweetener.

They'll never see it coming!

In a similar case, suspicious envelopes containing powder were received last August. Those envelopes - with corn starch inside - were sent to the Ocala Police Department, the courthouse, the Star-Banner, the Marion County Jail and the school district offices.

Corn Starch? The plot thickens...
