Suddenly "Benghazi!" seems almost sane.

While I was able to read the whole crazy mess, I did fear that if I tried I would start to believe some of it.

I have to admit the blood drinking reptiloid theory's got me thinking.

Only 10 more years of this.

Dusk-You-n-Me: Only 10 more years of this.

Ayup. Book tour and everything, scheduled to wrap up sometime in early 2015, announce exploratory committee for fundraising, spend 6 months putting together a campaign team and getting the ground game organized, announce officially in October/November 2015 for the primaries starting in early 2016.

Then, after the GOP's got all their anti-Hillary defenses in place, drop out and throw her support to [other little-known Democratic candidate].

2014-06-10 10:47:50 AM
It will require some retooling, but the people in the anti-Obama industries will still have a job when Hillary is elected.

2014-06-10 10:48:15 AM
If even one percent of that is true, I want to party with Bill and Hillary.

2014-06-10 10:48:56 AM
I think they left out the White House Travel Office scandal.

Are the Hillaryis44 people still around? Although they always seemed more against a blah President than for Hillary.

That wasn't just wacky. It also was zany. This is my favorite, though. So obviously false.

Rumor: Bill confided that his wife was a bisexual who, as she put it, "had eaten more pussy than he had."
Rumormonger: Former Clinton mistress Gennifer Flowers, in a 2013 interview with the Daily Mail.

2014-06-10 10:55:29 AM
Oh, that's okay, I'm fine with already having them all in one cable news network.

Oh, God, I forgot all about that! Did anybody, anywhere, actually figure out what the scandal actually was?

What's so funny to me about this all around is that these nuts will end up making me support Hillary.  And I really don't particularly care for her.

2014-06-10 10:59:07 AM
She's the lesbian reincarnation of Eleanor Roosevelt (who, contrary to what Papa told you, was not a lesbian but a bisexual nymphomaniac in the thrall of Gabriel), schooled by Marxists and Leninists alike to hate capital and those who wield its power (which explains why she was on the board of Walmart for so long), and finally wed (in a Black Mass) to Billy Blythe, a man whose depravity knows no limit, and whose lust for murder and cocaine and, um, lust, soiled the Blue Dress of America's Honor.

Disagree. I'm not saying there wasn't opposition to Clinton, but the crazies have turned it up to 11 for Obama.

I'm in the same boat, but again, it's not like I'm going to vote for the republican candidate unless they manage to reanimate Eisenhower.

I'll vote for her if she's the nominee, but dang she's had more practice running for President than any other person alive or dead, except for maybe Harold Stassen...

The issue isn't people like you voting for the Republican candidate.

The issue is people like you either not voting or voting for a third party candidate (effectively the same thing).  This is why Bush was elected in the first place.

And Nixon.
And the Donald.
And on, and on.

This kinda makes me nostalgic for the Clinton era. That was the first time I became aware of [person] Derangement Syndrome being a thing. I miss the time when it was a small stream of batsh*t insanity trickling through the political landscape, rather than the tidal wave it has become.
Thanks, Obama.

Well, Clinton was actually impeached.  Once they've checked off that box Obama will jump ahead of Clinton in the standings, but for now that puts Clinton ahead.

2014-06-10 11:14:43 AM
All this vitriol, over someone who hasn't yet declared her candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections. Anger, based off of being a former First Lady and former Secretary of State and former candidate, but mostly because she's a woman and she puts a (D) by her political party affiliation. She's not perfect, at all, but she's better than anyone else being presented with an (R) by their name.

This is true, but there wasn't an internet (at least not with its current reach) to band them all together and give them some demented idea of quasi-legitimacy.

Someone posted a simple mathematical formula here a while back. Take Obama derangement, subtract Clinton derangement, the remainder is racism.

Sure there was, at least during his second term.  The only reason Drudge Report ever was a thing was due to it collecting anti-Clinton derp.  It broke the whole Monica Lewinsky story in the first place (Newsweek had the story but declined to publish it; Drudge reported on the story and the fact that Newsweek killed it).

The anti-Obama industry is formally the anti-Clinton industry, so it shouldn't require much.

Hillary is a tool of the Dark Lord Lucifer sent to oppose Jesus Christ in the Last Days.

Uhmmmmmmmmmmmm. Do I need to have that debunked for me or can I just ignore that one?

Sorry, perhaps it's better put this way:

The internet was not the unbridled derpfest that it is today.

Can't find good stats for the 90's but I think in 1998, internet usage by population in the US was 18%.

It did increase pretty quickly after that.

I heard a rumor she sat on the board of one of the biggest and most hated corporations paying the lowest wages to Americans for six years and now refuses to talk about it. Wouldn't that be crazy!

No, it was covered.

Con air
Rumor:
Hillary purged the White House Travel Office in order to set up a system of kickbacks for an Arkansas airline helmed by a childhood friend of Bill's.
Rumormongers: Brock and current Virginia congressional candidate Barbara Comstock

funny this is coming from mother jones who was basically called a republican shill in the talking points put out by Hillarys people to combat the effort to discredit her book.

Hillary sucks and the fact that people are seriously considering her for POTUS just makes me sad. It will be another 4 to 8 years of Middle right BS. And the Dems telling the progressives to shut up and play ball.

The internet didn't exist as it does now at the time. Nor did the Republicans have a whole cable channel as their propaganda arm. There was crazy during the Clinton presidency, but it didn't have the reach of the Obama Derangement Syndrome. Not to mention, Clinton isn't blah.

Well seeing as only Republicans are frothy about Clinton running in 2016, and Republicans farking love the race to the bottom WalMart is leading, what's the problem? Shouldn't that be a good thing?
