Why would there even be a chance of this not being a military trial?Typically the military does 1 of 2 things.1. Kicks him right there on the spot and turns him over to civilians for trail and prison.2. Fark that guy, take him to jail and when you are done we get him to do it all over again. Because going to jail makes you AWOL and UCMJ violations aren't double jeopardy.
SmackLT: Seems to me that if the manhunt is targeting you, your ass is already about halfway up shiat creek. At that point, it's time to think about what curtains you wanna hang in the prison cell.
