Everyone say what you will, but William Shatner talk-singing "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" is still, to this day, the most "William-Shatner-talk-singing-Lucy-in-the-Sky-with-Diamonds" thing that has ever been recorded. Nothing else has even come close.

None of these are "pure" in the sense that each award was for a performance falling right in the wheelhouse of the award in question (Oscar, Emmy: acting; Tony: acting+singing (or even just stage acting); Grammy: singing).

Moreno is probably the closest, but her Grammy win was for the soundtrack album to the children's show "The Electric Company," and was shared by the whole cast of that show. It did involve singing, though.

Hayes, Geilgud, and Hepburn all got their Grammys for a spoken word recording; Goldberg's Tony was for producing a show and her Emmys were both "daytime" Emmys for producing a show and hosting a talk show.

It's ironic that Streisand's only non-competitive award was the Tony. She has multiples of all the other awards, but nothing from the place that launched her into international stardom - Broadway.
