Why is it that there are four humans in this show who do much deducing and much of the dialogue, yet the show is named after an animal that can't really speak?  What's that? Kids are dumb? Oh, right.

I don't see any hauntings. That's just an abandoned amusement park. It's not even creepy. Damned internet kids are scared of everything these days.

Scrappy Doo was the worst thing to happen in the history of forever.

I just wanted to get that off of my chest. Sorry. Carry on.

Now, if all the pics were in black and white, with a slight contrast adjustment, then it would look creepy. Everything is creepy in B/W.

You shut your mouth. Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated is the best version of the cartoon.

Agreed.  Pretty lame.

That's not creepy at all, it actually looks pretty well kept up.  I mean, it's overcast in the first few pictures, but that's it.

The kids are not really exceeding their expectations by solving mysteries. Hell, the fact that they don't just immediately tackle any ghost and rip it's mask off shows that they are kinda slow. A talking dog, though, that's special.

Every single week it took them 20 plus minutes to figure out that the monster was just a guy in a mask, again.  If any deducing was going on they might have seen a pattern.

There might have been some reason their short-term memory was fried.

Or why Shaggy and Scooby were always hungry.

Or why they found the stupidest things funny.

Or why it was always so "foggy".

I always thought the screw coaster was a place to set your beer there at the end when the action starts getting a little furious.  Man, you learn something new every day...

One of the downsides of being married: You're expected to ride the Screw Coaster with the same person every time.

yes.  if this had been in america, there would be tagging all over the damn place, trash everywhere, the wooden coaster probably burned down by now, tweakers making off with every bit of metal within reach.

Dude, Fred wore an ascot. Unless you're Christopher Walken, you don't pull that off unless you're flaming.

Seeing the pictures, I'd be more worried about my parents turning into pigs.

Still irks me that later renditions of the show, including the live action movies, violated the founding principle of the show...that ghosts, monsters, etc. are not real. Mysteries have a logical, often mundane answer that usually involves someone trying to make a buck.

And yes, Scrappy Doo ranks right up there with bringing Chachi on the show for Fonz to parent around.
