I hope they all get hamstring injuries.

2001-12-10 08:07:03 PM
What, no Charles Broccoli?

2001-12-10 08:12:31 PM
ESPN is racist, check the race count.

2001-12-10 08:15:49 PM
Err, white men can't jump?

2001-12-10 08:17:57 PM
Hello_Kthullu

Including the dishonorable mentions, that's 14 out of 21 black (not including Toni Braxton.) The ratio in pro sports is MUCH more than 2-1.

Also, argue with ANY of them.

2001-12-10 08:21:32 PM
Im a racist(pepper), he's a racist(pepper), wouldn't you like to be racist(pepper) to?

2001-12-10 08:21:54 PM
Tie Domi?? The man does his job (and then some) and he's disruptive?? Give me a break.

John Rocker: Give me another break. The guy became every PCer's whipping boy only because he had the balls to say what most normal Americans feel. A freak IS a freak. A multi-offspringed welfare mother IS a leech. The fact that he's inarticulate and slightly inbred should not matter. Don't kill the messenger because of the message.

2001-12-10 08:32:22 PM
YES!!!
i'm so glad randy moss made #3!!!!

He never tries unless he wants to which is only for the highlight reel and he is such a whiner. He is like a little kid.

He could be great if he would only mature and deflate his ego a bit.

2001-12-10 08:38:12 PM
i sure hope the sox trade jurassic carl this offseason...

2001-12-10 08:39:26 PM
I am living for the day when Randy Moss typically trots across the middle knowing that the ball is going to another receiver and BAM!!!! catches an elbow right in the Adam's Apple. That prima-donna is despised by many of his own players. I have seen him intentionally not run plays so as to avoid blocking or getting hit. I have seen him cause the injury of another player by not picking up his blocking assignment. Pussy personified.

2001-12-10 08:40:41 PM
I can't make a terrorist comment so I will my 2 pennies into this whole racism issue....

Don't you guys understand already that this country is pushing towards an equilibrium? I'm tired of African Americans saying that we are racisty when they are twice as racist as we are. They can call us honkeys..but we can't call them n******? Im an equal person who wants equality amongst everyone but damn, we fought for freedom so many times and we have fought for equality.

I guess fighting for equality is like screwing for virginity.

2001-12-10 08:42:05 PM
I think that Dennis Rodman was at him disruptive peak when he was on the bulls. Those were the days.

2001-12-10 08:47:28 PM
Yeesh, who cares what race they are....they're annoying, disruptive babies who have a talent that most of us could not fathom. I look forward to the day when no one describes people as "a black man" or "a white man" and just uses "man" or "woman"

Then we shall all truly be equal.

2001-12-10 08:48:38 PM
Punkr10426: I have to agree, and in a larger sense, I think this points out that this list needs some updating. I haven't heard anything out of Rodman for a while, same goes for Albert Belle. While in the past these guys may have stirred up some crap, they don't seem to be doing so now.

2001-12-10 08:51:25 PM
"We may have come over on different ships, but we are all in the same boat now."

2001-12-10 08:53:46 PM
Ok my 1st statement was more of a joke and I just wanted to be the 1st to play the race card.. but I would have to say Piper877, screw you hippy. People will never be equal. Someone will always be better then me, and someone will be worse then me. People will always have differences. Noone is ever equal and they never will be.

2001-12-10 09:02:17 PM
I don't think the article even mentioned Rocker's stupid comments. it's more how he wore out his welcome on two teams already. his teammates farking hate him. and not because of those overblown comments.

because he's... a... farking... jerk.

2001-12-10 09:04:40 PM
Two words: Vince Coleman
Guy hit and injured his teammate (Gooden) while practicing his golf swing in the dug out. Not only that, he is driving home after a game and for kicks throws a few firecrackers at fans(Mets fans) walking to their cars. Those explosives wind up injuring children. Children that were Mets fans, the team he was playing for.

No I wasn't one of those kids.

2001-12-10 09:08:59 PM
Fumanshu

Rodman has been out of basketball for a couple years; Belle retired as well, due to injury.

2001-12-10 09:10:57 PM
Vince Coleman injures New York Met fans with explosives. OK. And that makes him bad why?

2001-12-10 09:11:28 PM
How did i miss Belle retiring?

BigPeeler, kindly shut the fark up. Let's see you try to survive with four kids and no way to find a job or other source of income.

2001-12-10 09:16:06 PM
What, no Jeff George? The man is a cancer to a team. Granted, he can play when he feels like it...

Oh, and have we already forgotten about Bill Lambier. Oh, wait, it was only every other team that hated him; I think he was liked on the Pistons.

2001-12-10 09:17:12 PM
After Rodman and Rocker, I had absolutely no idea who the rest of those jerkyboys were.

Then again most of your probably wouldn't know who Valentino Rossi is, so I guess it evens out.

...

2001-12-10 09:22:27 PM
And before anyone asks, this is Valentino Rossi

2001-12-10 09:30:31 PM
I can't believe Michael Irvin didn't even get a dishonorable mention.

2001-12-10 09:31:14 PM
BigPeeler: Disruptive... not bad... short term memory is kinda fried huh...

2001-12-10 09:31:26 PM
Rodman-Please,he is retired.

Bob Probert-He DOESN'T belong on this list. He has been nothing but a good influence since he has been clean and sober in Chicago. His problems hurt no one but himself and his family. This is a misjustice.

Moss-Total self serving prick. Talent YES, Class Act NO

Allen Iverson should be on this list without a doubt. He hit a defenseless girl on the head with a chair in a bowling alley melee when he was going to Georgetown. Served time in prison for that crime. Let's not forget that rap release that never came out because all it did was bash gays ,people with A.I.D.S., white people, etc.

I will take flack for calling Iverson and Moss useless nigers(add the g) BECAUSE THEY ARE ! Talk about racists and you have to mention these jerkoffs.

And what about Michael Irvin, Nate Newton, Erik Williams and Mark Tuinei of The Dallas Cowboys who just love doing hard drugs(Tuinei is dead now from O.D.ing).

2001-12-10 09:32:46 PM
Kids deserve to be hit with firecrackers.

2001-12-10 09:39:36 PM
I'm sorry SLAYERSWINE but you've forgotten Iverson is the ANSWER, not the PROBLEM.

As for disruptability... ANSWER led a team that was hurt and undermanned to the NBA finals. Not very disruptive if you ask me... but you didn't ask me did you?

2001-12-10 09:40:33 PM
Terry Glenn is working on it. Bill Belichick deserves that arrogant clown.

2001-12-10 09:44:29 PM
Jpk 173,
Allen Iverson is the answer to this question.
Who is one of the biggest racists in the N.B.A.?
Sick of even wasting my breath talking about that piece of crap.

2001-12-10 09:56:53 PM
HOW DARE YOU say that allen iverson and Randy moss are a problem.I don`t know who gave u permission to use racial slurs but i know u can`t.Idiot.And how is A.I. a racist?

2001-12-10 10:02:03 PM
Robrat,
Read my Boobies. And let's not forget how Iverson almost got his coach, Larry Brown, fired too.
Iverson is a fuggin' pain in the ass. He should take some lessons from Michael Jordan on how NOT to be a CLASSLESS M.V.P. !

2001-12-10 10:07:31 PM
What's a guy gotta do to make this list, kill somebody?

And I do so look forward to the wonderful, beautiful day when all of us can look at each other and NOT see black, or white or man or woman. Yes, then and only then will be complete and total morons, completely afraid to even acknowledge differences of any kind.

Oh how I long for the day when, in a drug-induced haze, the wonderful and beautiful young man (oops) I mean person decides to come visit my home and assault my wife (oops) partner so he can take her (oops) it's money for drugs. Yes, far be it from me to stand in the way of my fellow man.

I'm an old Farker. Been around for a long time. Let me tell you. These threads lend themselves well to racial discussion because like it or not, race has been, is and will be an issue. One is not better than another. One is definitely more privileged than another. And one tends to skirt authority more that the other. Forever and a day will fingers point to the other. That's sad. But what's sadder is when people delude themselves into thinking that there ISN'T a difference in races. Of course there are differences. You can't change that.

Where this rant is going, I don't know. Way too much coffee. (FYI. I'm halfrican by the way. So spare me any racial epithets.)

2001-12-10 10:09:30 PM
The idea behind the article seems to be who is disruptive to the teams they play for. Iverson has had some problems in the past, but I have never gotten the idea that he is disruptive to the sixers right now. As for Irvin, his off the field problems didn't help things, I'm sure, but I firmly believe his teammates loved him on the field. He wasn't in the habit at all of taking plays off. Nate may have had some things to hide too, but he was never disruptive, except maybe in the buffet line. Sorry, I can't shake being a Cowboy fan, despite the hard times. I'm smellin' an 8-8 season though.

2001-12-10 10:16:58 PM
My vote is split between 1) Kerry 'whores and cheap gin' Collins and 2) the entire Dallas line.

2001-12-10 10:32:45 PM
Right on, Punkr10426! DA BULLS!

That has to be the best i have ever heard it put... thank you Captainstudd

say it with me now-- BO--DE--GAS

i closed all my tags... "I Rule".

2001-12-10 10:43:33 PM
Bodegas--
Actually, I think that was a quote from Martin Luther King....I saw it on a shirt the other day. I hate to take credit for something like that, but I thought it was a great way of saying it.

2001-12-10 10:43:45 PM
speaking of the cowboys, did anyone just see Al Michaels interviewing Jimmy Johnson during halftime of the MNF game? Jimmy Johnson referred to Jerry Jones as "Michael Jackson, I mean Jerry Jones." No one reacted or said anything about it, but I think his point (jab at Jerry) was obvious.

2001-12-10 10:45:21 PM
Here are some obscure votes... see if anyone can follow along.

1. Buddy Ryan. Given, he's still loved and the pride of Philadelphia -- but think about his waning, senile, years. He actually drew back and hit a coordinator... DURING A GAME!!! That's disruptive (and yet very cool).

2. A-Rod. His contract represents the impossible situation that M.L.B. finds itself in: without revenue sharing, and skyrocketing player salaries, more teams like Montreal and the Twins are doomed. That's disruptive (just ask the Body... eh, Brain Ventura).

3. Karl Malone. No, he's not; you're right. I just hate his elbows, ridiculous shuffeling of his pivot foot (Norman Dale in Hoosiers would go horse screaming) and, despite being one of the most relentless hacks in the game, continual complaining that he was fouled.

Also, whoever asked why Iverson was racist should brush up about his rap album that you'll never hear... nice catch Slayerswine.

2001-12-10 10:56:00 PM
Hahaha!
Jagr made the dishonorable mention.

But they forgot Donald Brashear and Matthew Barnaby.

As for racial arguments, an asshole is still an asshole even if it's purple.

2001-12-10 11:27:22 PM
Bigpeeler - Domi is an ass. He has convinced himself he is now a scorer and was just this past week biatching about his lack of ice time, in comparison to some of his teamates. It's all about Domi all the time. In fact he has been traded numerous times due to managements displeasure with his shameless self promotion, most recent item a poorly produced video of the, uh, "highlights" of his career.
Why is Probert on this list? Sure he had a problem a while ago, give the guy a break he's been clean for years and is tough as nails. Gimme him over Domi any day, at least Probert know his job and obvious limitations.

2001-12-10 11:27:49 PM
I understand what you're talking about Bigpeeler...but take things into consideration. Its perfectly fine to have differences amnogst us because thats what makes us special.

But do you want racial hatred to be amongst us forever?

I don't think you were saying that but I believe you were saying that there will always be racial differences.

I know for a fact that there will be some differences but as far as the equality issue is concerned, that is what should uprise from this country. However, if that were to prevail then it would further mesh into the communism idea so i do wanna back away from that.

But everyone is born and everyone dies, everyone is human and we are nature and nature is us? SO why should our levels of power vary amongst the others who are just like us?

2001-12-10 11:37:46 PM
Free speech is free speech - even though I hate the sheep farker (Rocker). Only problem with not being PC, is that it gives overly emotional people a chance to strike back at you, like Rocker has seen. :)

Then again, one could argue that you don't stereotype a mass of people, in a magazine no less. But even the Ignorant can have free speech coontil someone mails and calls in death threats to them for having a different opinion (which never happend to Rocker, but I recall several stories of that happening in the news)).

2001-12-10 11:58:04 PM
Hello_Kthulhu: Hippie?!? HAHAHAHAHAHA

Of course there are differences between races, just like there are between men and women. I just wish people of all races could accept that and move on.

2001-12-11 12:06:50 AM
Honorable Mention: Don "The Wheezing, Sputum Spewing Stoma of Baseball" Fehr.

2001-12-11 12:17:04 AM
Piper877 - There are differences between men and women? I never noticed. Like what?
