No, I've got your mom's attic--but only until I'm done boning her.  Then you can get out of your Dumpster (TM) and have your bed back.  You might want to watch out for the wet or crusty parts, though...

How can I support a game and a product made by such a crusty creator?

Pushy?  Naw, I actually had fun picking on yo momma and accusing you of living in a dumpster.  I think you're psychologically projecting your own touchiness at my bragging about designing some games.  And it's not another tiresome bored game, something a lot more fun.  And I'll take the wish for good luck at face value...

According to the Gamegavel listing he's sold his entire collection then rebuilt it before. And that this time it's to raise money for the needs of his family. Doubtless once the crises pass he'll be buying games again.

Luckily, my new game that I'm developing--as well as the one I've developed--aren't crusty, like a certain person's momma's attic bed.  It's more, well, clammy like, but that's a long story*...

*And, no, it's not stinky like his momma's bearded clam, either...

Just how the hell would you rebuild it? I remember there was a guy in vegas trying to sell an entire Air Jordan collection, most which you can't simply buy online anymore, I wonder how he manages to rebuild such a collection?
I guess when you add "All consoles" you can probably get some old crap off Ebay cheap, but then again I have like 10 steam games I play and a few from matrix and thats it.

/everyone has a freaking collection except me, I simply can't stand having that much stuff especially if I have to move again

Only console games?

That means 2 things...

1. His collection sucks.
2. It doesn't include The Bard's Tale for the C64, so it sucks even harder.

The Black Cauldron, the very first game I ever beat. It was on an Apple IIE I think... But it may have been the 286. Man, I just cannot remember anymore. I was sooooo pissed after I beat it, I got kick ass armor and other stuff and then the game ended. I think I played it 50 times after to see if i could get off screen before credits so I could roll around the universe and kill everyone with my new armor and sword. Of course, it never worked.

This was the first time when I dreamed of an open world fantasy game.

Anyways, you are right, if it does not include Bard's Tale, Wizardry and Zork then we are missing stuff.

I had the mostest bestest awesomest hack for the Bard's Tale. Don't remember all the details since that was like 94 years ago, but it basically involved copying the floppy when your bard had a fully charged fire horn, then swapping it out at just the right moment after you 'blew' your last fire. The end result was a never ending supply of fire goodness.

What really matters is that you went through looking through old Fark threads on account of little old me.

I saw somewhere that something like 35% of Farkers have household incomes of over 100K.  And I see a lot of comments by people who have serious professional jobs that involve flying to Indonesia, etc.  Developing games, being in Mensa (yes, it's not an acronym), and having a rocket-science degree is actually small potatoes compared to a lot of Farkers.  You must be really, really weaksauce if my few bragging points get under your skin...

Only when spurred on by envious jerks like yourself.  I really must be important--more important than I thought--when you go through the trouble to hate on me.  But, hey, I'm having a good time at your expense, so that's all that matters.  IIRC, I only mentioned that I was working on a game in this thread.  Draggintheline was the person who brought up the Mensa and rocket-science part--hell, it's great when I have hate-filled people do my bragging for me.

And for the other 90% of Farkers out there who actually have a life, I'm actually a pretty nice person in real life...
