It's a good thing, then, that I don't lay around at all.  I do, however, enjoy lying around quite a bit when I don't have to be at the gym in 26 minutes.

So they took ten people, gave them a new diet, and the average person got hungrier after two days?

I really hope there was more to the research than the daily mail mentioned cause there's a million holes in that logic.
