Only if Troy comes back.  Otherwise why bother?  It's had a good run and I've enjoyed it a great deal, but I'm okay if it's over as well.

I am saving my angst for the cancelations of Being Human and Growing up Fisher.  Those were good shows!  The bastards!

Let it be. IT had a good run (better than it should have given the numbers) but the only reason to keep it going is for that silly 6 seasons and a movie thing. The longer it goes on the more chance of a repeat of the gas year.

/Harmon should be concentrating full time on Rick and Morty. That show has so much potential.

Yeah, but the seams were already beginning to show a bit in season 3. Season 5 had some good episodes but it's easy to see that it's past its peak.

They are 3 short of 100 though... Probably have at least 6 good ideas left. Plus still a chance to work in the back to the future idea they wanted.

All the actors' tweets when it was canceled went something like this:

Oh well! I'll miss our great crew and our wonderful fans. Fortunately, I'm famous now. #fiveseasonsisenough

Every single cast member who played a role equal to or larger than Magnitude has better options now than a sixth season, and I say that as a huge fan. It wouldn't be an  Arrested Developmentback-by-popular-demand thing; it would just feel sad and contrived.

Decent show, but don't see the point in bringing it back at all. Call me when they bring back Good Guys, Keen Eddie, Human target, or make a decent US version of Varg Veum or Wallander.

I would ask for Strictly Global to come back, but that ain't happening. (weeps softly)

Wallander, definite. DOH! PBS, dunno on that one, I saw them on an local channel on Chicago (MHZ), and the dvd series I got here in America a while back. haven't read the books, sadly.

You're a Brit, right? I have a few questions.

Afraid not. I'm an American cracka-ass-cracka. I just got into Wallander -- the Swedish and the BBC ones -- after finding them on Netflix. They're great and all, a feast for the eyes to be sure, but 90 minutes an episode?! It's a commitment.

Champion of the Sun: Anytime you can leave a paying acting gig to work on your comedy rap career, you just gotta do it.

I know it's tempting to give him "Shelley Long leaving  Cheers" shiat for that, but bear in mind he was already an established comedian and comedy writer (30 Rock, etc.) before  Community. Between acting, writing, standup and rap, he's actually working in all four of those areas at any given time. That's pretty amazing, even if you don't like his work in any given field. And it means his career will be a lot longer and more stable than if he were a flavor-of-the-moment actor.

On one hand, I'd like a final season for the show to properly tie things up on its own terms; on the other hand, I think the end results would just be a season long version of Geothermal Escapism, which would be completely unbearable.  Overall, I'm in the "Let it die" camp because the ship has long since sailed and I'd rather have a second season of Rick & Morty with Harmon's undivided attention.

I thought this was a big problem from season 2-onward. I liked the first 2 seasons pretty well, but season 2 is when it's praise for being "Smart" started to go to the writer's heads and season 3 found the show way up its own ass.
