Half naked meaning shirtless, or wearing a Donald Duck costume?

There's a new addition to county lockup.

Blue hoody, Plaid cargo shorts. And black socks with sneakers.
What a slave to fashion.
What a clothes horse.
What a maroon.

Is there someone who doesn't realize that a screwdriver can be a deadly weapon?

Why did they shoot him with a saw and a screwdriver?

Why so pessimistic? Half-naked also means half-dressed.

JesseL: Is there someone who doesn't realize that a screwdriver can be a deadly weapon?

back in the day i knew a lot of kids that would carry regular screwdrivers  as weapons because they felt there was a bit of plausible denyability to it.  I have no idea if the police actually believed their "no officer, that's just for fixing my shiat yo" line when they stopped them, but the kids seemed to think they would.

Those were much uglier times.
I'm glad we have moved on and that much fewer people end sentences with "yo".

I'm guessing that's similar to always having a baseball bat in your car....but if there is a glove and a ball you might have plausible deniability  to just carrying around a weapon to beat someone with.
