I don't think a male stropper would name himself charity.

Feeble attempt to not be mocked into obscurity detected. That, or a tax gimmick.

Anyone who gives to charity is most likely a tax break, not news.

He's done surprisingly generous things before. The douche is still quite strong in him, but there might be a vestige of humanity that is trying, from time to time, to peek out. He was also surrounded by rich and famous people (not actual peers, but he might like to think of them as such) doing good and he got caught up in the moment and did something good too.

You know who ELSE gave money to charity?

know what?  Screw that.  To him, that's pocket change.  He blows that much on booze, drugs, strippers, and hotel room damage for him and his entourage on a weekly basis.  Get back to me when he donates a Million.

The ol' combination tax-write-off-and-public-relations-announcement, you say.

Justin Bieber gives a small amount of pocket change to charity.

Tomorrow: Justin Bieber acts like a giant douchenozzle yet again, points to charitable donation as a reason he's still a nice person.

Today, Justin give money to charity
Last three months, has been arrested and / or caught up in some scandal numerous times.

/Handlers told him to do something that would look good in the press and courts.
// Handlers scared their money ride will be over soon at this pace.

Yup.

Usually when a celebrity gets behind a cure-this-disease campaign, it's because they recently got that disease.

2014-05-25 11:08:50 AM
So, on a percentages thing, that's like if I gave a homeless person a quarter, maybe.

Either that or it's the trendy thing to do. Like how they fall all over themselves to help people in Africa, yet still ignore America's homeless, and the poverty on Indian reservations. And AIDS is, for whatever reason, a high profile cause. Now, if he were to have directed that money at prostate cancer research, or OPMD or something like that, that isn't so glamorous, it'd mean a lot more. AIDS research gets more money than just about everything, except maybe for breast cancer, because everybody loves boobs.

So who was the other guy who donated $545k?

No don't all you Justin Non-Blebers have egg on your faces. Probably because he threw them, but still...

Something he would never ever do anonymously.

Looks like he's going through the whole trying-to-grow-a-moustache-too-early phase. Keep it up, teens and tweens love that molestery look.

Well, he is saving a lot of money on sizzurp these days.

Is this a Donald Sterling-type donation where he makes a big noise about his "pledge" but never follows through?

Probably more than anyone else here will give (combined) so he has that going for him...

2014-05-25 02:16:48 PM
yeah yeah, it's all cool to hate on Bieber now, but wtf was everyone when he pulled THIS shiat?

2014-05-25 02:38:20 PM
It's not really charitable if you do it for tax purposes.

Breast cancer gets by far and away the most funding, far, far more than HIV/AIDS or any other disease. It's actually hugely wasteful--even if you're concerned mainly about diseases primarily affecting women, your money would go a lot further donating to cervical cancer research or autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis or lupus (which, somewhat surprisingly, are found about three times more often in women than in men).

Amazing that a guy can give half a mil to a worthy cause and still manage to look like a collosal douche.
