Oh, wow.. I really want to know how that ended.  Could that possibly have been the only cop behind them?

He probably got away, needed a paint job. If not he would have a few migs and tanks up his ass. My basis for all this "factual" evidence? All of the other LL russian dashcam videos.

That's what they get for using dinky police cars. ProTip: If a subcompact can run your cop car off the road with a simple little bump like that, get something farking heavier.

Gotta watch out for the Crazy Ivan maneuver.

Yes, the cop might have been angling for the PIT, but Crazy Ivan acted more quickly.

The cop was crunched.  In my book that ended well

That guy better keep running until he reaches someplace like Tokyo or Sydney.

Russian cops aren't nice people.

The cop went for the PIT at the wrong time, and the perp was able to take advantage of the guardrail.

I imagine this later turns into a video in which a compact car is riddled with bullets fired from a variety of military-grade vehicles.

CSB: My first new car was a 1994 Thunderbird V8. One day I was on a two-lane highway passing a car when a guy in a Honda CRX came flying down an on-ramp, cut off the car I'd just finished passing and proceeded into the left lane and, therefore, the side of my car.

His car bounced off me like a farking pinball and my car barely wavered. He went back across the highway, hit a sound wall and by the time I'd stopped he was sitting sideways across the road and just about got hit by a semi to boot. One of the responding cops followed the ambulance that took him off, so I assume he was either drunk or this wasn't his first bad decision.

And, of course, this is obligatory.

/ I was pissed... my car didn't have that much damage aside from the doors and front quarter panel, but it was never the same again after that and, for all its faults, I loved that thing

It sucks about your car.  The video you posted, makes this one obligatory also:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7tuBeLL0wg

And people are out of their minds when they see a beefed up, military-grade police vehicle. THIS is why.

Seriously? Without any context, you just automatically side against the cops? In your world, there is not a single good cop. And people who run from, and ram into, cops are always innocent heroes?

Well to be fair, there is that 2% chance that the cop wasn't a corrupt roid raging douchebag.

But on the whole, most of the world amounts to citizen vs cop.

Gotta go with the odds.

You would have preferred the cop to crash into oncoming traffic?

I can't speak for the bootlicker but I'm happy the pig only took himself out.  The other people didn't need to be harmed by the thug

I've known a few cops, and was related to one (RIP).

All them are or were nice, but professional ass-kickers by trade, which the are mostly successful at hiding during their off-hours.

They work on appearing nice as hard as they work on appearing intimidating, because it sucks to live a life where nobody wants to come near you ever.

They were all business most of the time, because in their world everyone is trying to trick them, escape them, kill them all the time.

It's a job I'd never want, but there are cool people doing it.  Cops being cool never makes the news, never makes the internet videos.

/You only hear about "the crash landings".  Not the million good landings in between.
