OnlyM3: Making fun of people's handicaps isn't funny.

Are you talking about the use of dwarf actors? Because they were not there to be made fun of, and Gilliam received a lot of praise from the dwarf community for anchoring his film with such actors. Their height wasn't being specifically played for laughs.
