He was put on probation for 11 months and 29 days and will have to pay at least $309.50 in court costs.

When did they start making you pay court costs for criminal trials?

""Mr. Bartsch lost significantly in this case," said David Ridings, Bartsch's attorney. "Everybody makes mistakes. Mr. Bartsch is very remorseful.""

Lost so significantly that he only gets probation plus fine and if he keeps out of trouble it will be expunged from his record. Basically got a slap on the wrist.

Nah, you're cool.

The first one was the Sinead O'Connor.  The second was the vastly superior Prince version.  All good.

Any employer that bothers to do a google search will never hire him.  That probably narrows his options a little bit.

BluVeinThrobber: The real story is that women still wear skirts

God, that Lea Michelle or whatever her name is was wearing a short skirt and thigh highs out in public like in the 90s when it was popular. I was like oh, please, please, bring that look back. I'd post a pic right now, but I'll end up fapping and you won't get this message.

Of course, the mistake in this case is getting caught.

The sort of question I think about and would get in trouble for if I asked in person, but want to ask:

How is someone who was the 'victim' actually, well, 'a victim'?   Some anoymous pic on the net of someone's covered crotch would be completely untraceable back to the 'victim'.   The 'victims' name isn't known, they weren't bullied, no 'injury' has taken place.

Yes, it is a pervy invasion of privacy and I suppose should be punished... but I struggle sometimes to see the seriousness of these sorts of things.
