He was arrested for swearing?  Or was it being black in Arkansas?

They still have those? Did he skate with the cute girl with braces to "Bonnie n Clyde" by Jay Z and Beyonce during "Couples Skate"?

Only time I've ever seen cops called to the skating rink was when parents were getting into fights in the stands at hockey games.

If there's someplace else you can watch shorties backward skating, I'd like to know.

There was an odor of alcohol, the suspect had glassy eyes and failed to signal before changing lanes on the skates.

Did the trooper forget to sprinkle the crack?

I'm guessing being black.  I've been to Arkansas numerous times.  I never saw a black person there.  Then again, maybe it was because I was in the Beverly Hills of Arkansas.

Then again, how hard is it to stop swearing?  A few years ago I had just bought a 12-pack of beer and as I was getting into my car it split open and one of the bottles broke.  I let out a stream of obscene language for about 10 seconds and then noticed there was some guy with 2 small children getting into the car next to me.

I immediately apologized for my rant and cussing in ear shot of his children.  He accepted my apology - he hadn't even said anything in response before that actually.  I hope he told his children that they shouldn't grow up to be like me.  FFS, it was only one broken beer bottle.  It's not worth getting all that upset over.

Likewise, I bet this basketball player was cussing over something not even worthy of mourning the loss of a beer.  It probably had something to do with a woman.

I assume this all started after the officer said, "Boy, you stop all your swearing..."

Maybe he's being brought up on theft charges in Lexington for that year he was supposed to play basketball for the University of Kentucky.

Swearing and gesturing are grounds to be deprived of liberty?

Sounds about right in the land of the free.
