I was going to comment that TFA says the original owners were a bankrupt mortgage company, but somewhere is an entity that loaned the occupants the money, and I doubt they would just

That or BoA heard about the story, looked up the defunk mortgage and bought it for pennies on the dollar and then turned around and kicked this guy out so they could sell the property for their own profit.


If so, smart move.
