That boy needs to be whipped.  He was warned but chose to ignore it.  Now he's shown himself to not be trustworthy next to an expensive critter that has the ability to kill, maim or destroy property with ease.  He's going to get somebody hurt.  It's better for everybody that he takes 10 or so lashes, get his ass kicked and tossed out than it is to endanger the horses and the riders.

That horse is dangerous, should either be a companion animal or an adhesive. There's enough good horses in the world in bad situations where we don't need to keep the assholes around.

That said it isn't going to help the situation to throw water at the horse but I can understand it...

peek-a-boo

That was funny as hell.

Looks more playful than agressive. The cone is probably there to keep asshats who wouldn't know this difference away. I was expecting him to get kicked though.

So I don't know anything about stables, is that a universal "don't walk here" sign, or could it be used to mark anything, from a piece of concrete you might trip over, to a wet slippery area? Yes, I know cones are used to mark hazards, just wondering if they are used only for that one hazard in an environment like this.

As for the video, it was so nice I had to see it twice...

Yeah, it's like when you keep a vicious dog. Hey, I put a farking cone halfway across the sidewalk and that's as far as his chain reaches, so it's everyone else's problem now. I'm only leaving him free to maul anyone who steps within that radius. What am I supposed to do, enclose my dangerous animals? Who does that?

I like horses more than I like dogs so I'm biased.  I hope that stable hand gets the roughest treatment the cowboys can muster

It's a racetrack near Philadelphia. If there's a cowboy within a hundred miles, he's probably singing YMCA.

/I like horses too, but I'm not that fond of people who don't know how to use a farking door
