Again? And why do people throw these huge birthday parties for such young children? They're not even going to remember it.

Hence the gunfire and homicide. The kid damn well will remember that.

Adorable photo-ops really. There's nothing parents and grandparents love more than a picture of a sugar-powered, nap-deprived toddler smeared from head to tow with cake surrounded with people who have learned to endure its infantile rage.

He shot (gunshots), Then I shot (gunshots)
As you can see, I cold smoked his ass (ha ha)

"It isn't a party until someone gets arrested"

Usually though it didn't involve guns.

A friend of mine and his wife had 4 kids in succession, each with a birthday about three months apart from the other (different years, of course).

His wife insisted on having all the parties for every kid.

Basically twenty years with a birthday party every twelve weeks.

Shootings are unusual, but all kinds of  unpleasant things happen at these dumbass parties. Too much stress, booze, people some of whom don't like each other, and rugrats making everybody more miserable, suicidal, and homicidal.
They are for parent's egos, not kid's fun.

/Yes, because urban black youth gang members totally respect any new gun control laws.  Criminals generally do follow the law, so let's make more of them, that should take care if it.

I think that's what he was sarcastically getting at. And they'll never really solve the problem as long as there are other places in the continental U.S. where other criminals can get guns much more easily. It just creates an opportunity for those criminals to bring them into other states.

This was just a couple of miles from me, they think it was probably gang activity since it was in a pretty dangerous neighborhood.

Yep.

Luckily my friend and his brood moved far enough away that I had an excuse to no longer attend (one of the kids is my goddaughter).

Still probably attended about a dozen of em' though.

Oh yeah! It's like lightning, and the small children were frightening, and the birthday song was soothing, and the bouncing house was bruising...yeah, yeah yeah yeah!

And the man in the back said he thought he saw a gat and it turned into a gansta blitz. And the girl in the corner said "Girl I wanna warn ya it's turn into a gansta blitz!" Gansta blitz!

Because the 1% is forcing everyone into a lifetime of debt. Got to give the kids their happy times. They only get this one day of attention.

I bet the gunmen never had a bouncey house at age 1 or 2.

It's called a rental. There's money in owning a bunch of those and a couple vans.

/also, leave the beef at home, Jesus, it's a birthday party, not a pool hall/strip club

I don't know what could possibly be manifesting inside the minds of these sick gang banger bastards for them to just come on by and shoot up a kids birthday party. Seriously, we need to give military/law enforcement the green light to hunt down and just eliminate gangs like this. No rights, no due process, no trial, none of that shiat. Anyone got any better ideas? Because the fact that there are still gangs running rampant all over the country means simply that what little we've done already to try and quell gangs has failed miserably.

Ah ah ah..... Dont go throwing gun control into this..... Think about it: it said the shootings were gang related..... Do you think gun control laws are going to mean squat to gangs? They get weapons illegally anyway, gun control is only going to affect law abiding citizens who want to defend themselves from said gangs.

And do you really think repealing the second amendment is going to affect criminals and gang bangers? No, it will only affect law abiding citizens who want to protect themselves and their families from the afore mentioned criminals and gang bangers....who are running around with illegal guns whole average Joe who used to own a shotgun for home defense doesn't even have that.

Actually you're right. Once the gangs are eliminated we can send the death squads out to eliminate all gun owners to end gun violence once and for all.

Which is why we need to loosen gun laws to keep up with what they have, it is an arms race out there.  Sometimes rifles, handguns and shot guns are not enough.
