At home, wetting or pooping in my diaper.

Perhaps in another forty or so years.

Depends.

1. Sounds good so far.
2. Why are you taking a cold mud bath?

I'm good and dry and comfy in my sleeping bag.
Why? It's a clear night, I'm in a good area right now for a nice dark sky without a ton of light pollution, and I enjoy doing it. Restful. Other reasons as well, but those suffice.

In the doghouse, then. She'll get over it.

nope, not in any doghouse. Although someday I hope to have a certain someone out here with me.

Just my natural state whenever the weather permits it. I enjoy spotting satellites moving across the sky, the occasional random ion trail from a meteor, and being able to feel small for a while.

Also a good way to clear my head and think or not think, whatever my mind wants to do.

A real country boy it seems, our light pollution is makeing it hard to spot satellites anymore but have seen some cool random meteors here and there.

Oh - and Happy Birthday!

Thanks for the happy birthday!  As to where i was when jf went down, i remember completely,. being the smart assed bored guy in class they farmed me out to the school office to answer phones and mimeograph (anyone else remember this high-tech process ?) and the phone rang and it was a parent giving the news about Dallas- i was the first person in the school to have that information, and i remember classmates running down hallways crying and screaming that the commies had killed the prez....good times...

I had a hell of a time explaining that scene in Fast Times to my undergraduates, let alone to my kidettes.

The wonderful undried purplish ink that could stain your hands.

I was one of the chosen few that were considered trustworthy enough to type up the mimeographs for tests and quizzes. Obvioiusly they didn't let us type up tests/quizzes for classes we were in, but they trusted us enough not to tell others what the questions were.

I dunno about country, although I could have really used a good campfire earlier so I can have my clothes soak in the smell. Ah well, camping trips aren't too far off in the future.

There was a meteor shower that peaked earlier in the week, and most of the US was in prime viewing. I've been trying to post topics about some of the night sky stuff lately, but not too many people seem interested in em.

I still want to find an electronics/HAM expert and get them to build a setup where I can listen to meteors. It's some cool shiat.

Well, as much as I might hate to, I think I need to call it a night.

Been having a nagging problem with my lower right leg, swelling, etc, so I have to see a vascular surgeon about it Tuesday.

I'll miss you all, I promise. ...
... but one day my aim will get better.

I'll keep listening, but... no more bad jokes.

this is a song about rooster fighting.

when I was a kid in Oklahoma, my grandfather had a farm, and  a farm next to his raised fighting cocks.  Had them chained out front of their house next to houses for each of them, with razor blade spurs on them.  freaky sh*t.

Well, the signs are pointing at venous insufficency in that leg. Blood tests are good, EKG was good, two ultrasounds were good.  Finally got good insurance, so I'm gunna take this dx and run with it and narrow it down.

I drank too much and can't figure out if I'm late or the time zones match up.
