AirForceVet: We REALLY need to increase funding of America's mental health services for the young. These people are nutty than me.
roadpuppets: The loser that did this is indeed a scumbag of epic proportions. But, and I'm sure I'll get lots of reasonable (diaf asshole) reaction, those signs are tacky as hell.Is a giant photo of your lost little one in garish colors complete with advertising really the memorial you want? How about a nice not tacky as shiat memorial stone? How about donating the playpark anonymously.

Artcurus: Repo Man: Artcurus: Wingless: My favourite conspiracy I've ever stumbled onto was a facebook group of 300 + people who believed that not only as Sandy Hook a hoax, but that the school itself never existed. They had tons of 'evidence' that up until a week prior to the shooting, it was just an empty, government owned warehouse. They also had records showing that the parents of at least eight of the children at the school were, at some point in their life, actors.Their belief was that the government dressed a warehouse up like a school, hired a bunch of actors to pretend to be kids and parents, claimed a shooting, and those 'victims' just moved and changed their names.A quote I'll never forget"Not a single shot was fired at Sandy Hook. Just a sub-par community theater production passing itself off as a tragedy."Wingless, a West Texas school district was selling one of their old buildings, it was built in 1946, 31,000 sqf, in the shape of a large "H". It was officially closed as a school in 2004. It had been sitting idle for ten years and the district had been using it for storage.I had the opportunity to tour the building before the auction, there was unbelievable amounts of crap it in, stacked to the ceiling in some cases. Lockers, boxes, old tvs, you name it.The official "Sandy Hook" report showed the interior of the school, and judging from the appearence, the building looked exactly like that closed down West Texas school. The way that things were piled in front of windows, the general clutter throughout the building. We've got a live one!Prove me wrong. If you ever been inside fully operational schools, the interior is usually neat and orderly, and that's for safety reasons among other things, Stuff like the boxes piled in front of the windows at SH not just one but all the windows, the complete disarray of the interior, the desk thrown in piles against the wall, which by the way, would not have happened because they would have to preserve the c ...
MadeInDetroit: I had to recently let my cousin move in because she was having a rough go. She is one of those Sandy Hook conspiracy nuts I found out much to my dismay. Her friends on Facebook and her keep trying to tell me about it was all staged just so Obama can take everyone's guns. That microchips are next for Obamacare. I just shake my head and hope to hell I was nowhere near as ignorant at that age. Same group that tells me how southern they are when I ask if they have seen a map of where Michigan is located.
LoneVVolf: On one hand, taunting the family of a dead child is unforgivable. On the other hand, we wouldn't be in this situation if we didn't have this sadistic need to immortalize tragedy through memorial. Bad things happen. Yes, it's terrible, but how does making everyone who tries to use a public facility for the next 50 years also feel bad do anything to help the situation? It's not like we need to raise "awareness" for unpredictable acts of violence.
HindiDiscoMonster: rwfan: big pig peaches: I don't like getting into fist fights, but if I ever run into one of the idiots in real life, I may just punch them right his stupid face. And then kick him in the nuts. How could you not?I would build a game show around it...[media.tumblr.com image 500x281]
timelady: I honestly cannot comprehend what sort of person thinks taunting a bereaved parent like this achieves anything. Let us say, in a Bizarro universe, they were right, these parents still have a lost and missing child they believe dead.
JohnnyC: No one I know has ever admitted to me that they think the Sandy Hook attack was a hoax
