Is there a video where you can see the ball?

http://www.hittrackeronline.com/ only has the 'true distance' being 440 on that one.  Still more impressed by Giancarlo Stanton's 484 ft blast

I'm surprised all of the longest runs aren't in Colorado every year.  Isn't the air significantly thinner up there?

Dry balls did cause funky ball movement. They fixed with a humador

Yep. Before that, Rox games were 15-11 shootouts that lasted four hours.  Fun, but...jeeeez.

/Go Rockies.
//Suspiciously not in last place.

Coors Field is less of a launching pad since they started putting the baseballs in a humidor.

I'm going to my first Reds game in the near future, anything you can recommend? Also, do you need a specific ticket to stand on the riverboat deck, or can you just go there?

If you drink, they have a new section on the main level with tons of local and craft beers. They also have a stand upstairs with $1 hot dogs/sodas/peanuts.

Also, check out the Reds Hall of Fame beforehand if you have time. Cool stuff.

Any chance that there's footage of Norm Cash hitting the ball out of Tiger Stadium.

Awesome, I'm definitely checking out the HoF. What about the riverboat deck, is that open to anyone with a lower level ticket?

No, you need specific tickets to the upper levels of the riverboat. You can hang out in a neat patio area beneith/beside it, though.

Still waiting for someone to outdo Adam Dunn. He hit one out of Great 'Murican and into the river. Which means he officially hit a home run that crossed state lines.

Sounds good, thank you. I'll look into that.
