A little rosemary, butter, paprika, and bay leaves, and it'd be right at home with me. And it could say hi to it's new friend: side salad.

The ex had a nest full of baby robins on a porch pillar for a few days. Those things sure are insistent.

Falcons Scorpio and PD have been nesting at the building for 11 years...  Since 2003, the couple has fledged 17 young.

Damn breeders.

Saw one of the peregrine falcons that nest on top of the Herberger's near me a few mornings ago. At least, I think I did; saw a rabbit eating grass, then a grey blur pulverized its skull.

Hah. Reminds of one morning I was hanging out with my wife when we heard a strange high pitched squeeling/screaming outside. We looked out the window for about 30 seconds trying to figure out if something or someone was hurt...and wooosh! A hawk goes buzzing by our window at breakneck speed with a small creature dangling in its talons. I think it was a rabbit, or at least used to be. My wife was mortified.

It's a cloaca, not a clown car.

The UMass falcon's have four eggs this year. Looks like the third may have just hatched, but its a little tough to tell whats under the falcon-football.
