Doesn't look bad, let's wait for the reaction before passing judgement.

If I make it to 90, I'm just going to shoot everyone who irritates me until they give me "life" in prison.

I've seen this movie. This is the one where the karate kid breaks him out of the old-folks wing of the prison, and takes him to Mississippi, to get his soul back from the Devil. I believe he winds up cuttin' heads with Steve Vai....

Unless he killed committed murder and is a danger to the public, nobody 90 years old should be in prison let alone die in one.

Yeah I think I may even be the weird old guy that sits out on his porch in his underwear. Actually had an old guy in the neighborhood I grew up in sit outside all the time in his animal print speedos.

Can we stop saying that defendants were caught during a traffic stop? Yes, that is technically correct but it makes it seem like her just happened to be pulled over and searched randomly. That almost never happens, they knew what was in the truck when they pulled him over.

Sending a 90 year old man to prison for muling is ridiculous. It is impossible for him to be a danger to society. I'm so sick of Ronny the Raygun's War on Drugs. E-the-fark-nough already!

If it wasn't illegal, this wouldn't be a problem. It is the DEA's fault for making it illegal.

The geriatric knew what he was doing was illegal. He knew there would be consequences if he was caught.
18 yrs or 90 yrs old, it makes no difference. Toss his ass in jail and let him serve his time.

And the loss of doing what he likes when he wants to do it and going where he wants when he wants to do it. People value their freedom, and most would rather have to scavenge for food and shelter than be locked in some place and told when to come and go and when to go to sleep.

if you're 90 you should have a license to do any drug you damn well feel like;

If you want to get all testy 'bout avoiding taxation or contributing to the deliqunency of a minor, yeah, i'm with you. And im as libby a lib as ever ad-libbed libacious liberty.

But the rest? hogwashery.

And a cop who commits first-degree murder gets promoted.

At 90, I doubt that was much of an option.

I mean, a man's got to know his limitations.

Besides, maybe he wanted to be in jail longer than 45 days.

Wasn't Reagan president 30 years ago? How is he part of this arrest? Didn't Obama legalize drugs, as he promised?

First of all, it was Nixon who initially declared "war" on drugs, but they're both dead now.  You can't blame it on them anymore.

Blame Obama or blame Congress or blame everyone, both D and R in the last 40+ years who has continued it.
