whew. well i'm glad he cleared that up. for a second i thought he was desecrating the memory of 6,000,000 murdered jews to malign a government program he doesn't like.

now, thanks to his explanation, i can see how obamacare will lead inevitably to a repeat of the horrors of hitler's "final solution."

On a technicality - since everything he said he didn't like about Obamacare was made up he's not even doing it to malign a program he doesn't like. He's doing it to further his own political career.

If Helen Keller had Obamacare, she might not have had to sit in that attic all those months with nothing but a diary.

he should have said "with all due respect" before making the comparison. You can say anything after using that expression. It's in the constitution.

"When you have government deciding who gets health insurance and who doesn't, what services they get and what services they have to provide, they're really deciding who lives and who dies."

Government decided everyone gets health insurance, and everyone gets services so...everyone lives! This guy clearly has a problem with that.

See as how this guy specializes in grammatically horrifying half-assed Jack Handey impressions, I doubt he's capable of seeing what's wrong with his statement.

I'm sure he would have had a better reception if he referred instead to the Japanese Internment Camps. Surely no one cares about those.

Well, the Nazis did have universal healthcare. Granted, they inherited that policy from the Weimar republic, but surely this means something?

One day I hope the country can look back at this time and just laugh about it the idiocy of it. The claims that are made are so hyperbolic if they aren't just blatant lies is just mind boggling

With all due respect, you are a terrible human being. You make the people running EA, who decided to make Sim City require an internet connection, seem like good people. You make Justin Beiber seem like someone who should be respected as a musician and a person. Your post is so terrible that it makes DC's New 52 seem brilliant by comparison.

With all due respect, of course.

What's really crazy is that the Israeli government has gone even further than we have with this plot to kill Jews via healthcare.

Pretty soon, people with healthcare are going to rounded up and placed into detention camps. Don't say I didn't warn you.

How about we just immediately recall any member of Congress who compares any domestic situation or policy to Hitler or Nazis?  It would save a lot of time and effort, and discourage politicians from stupid hyperbole.

Really, everyone does?

Kidding aside, this assclown brought up why he thought Jews specifically should oppose the ACA. He didn't mention any other ethnic group.

IIRC the Weimar Republic inherited it from Bismarck, who wanted it so people will have one less (fewer?) reason to vote for the Socialists.

This. Then again, the Russians don't complain, the Romani have no voice, and the Nazis were invited to Poland.

Not true. He knows that if you make inflammatory statements some people get frightened. That's how he plans to get re-elected.

Well, if you want to compare someone to Hitler, start with the insurance companies. They're the ones who really decide what's covered and what isn't and basically who lives or dies. It's like no one has figured that out or cares about it.

/Was looking the other day into how little my health insurance I bought on the ACA exchange actually covers and I got depressed. Won't say "thanks, Obamacare" but I really wish we had single payer.
