As long as said Stephen King adaptation isn't directed by Stephen King, I'm willing to give it half a chance....

Will it start off pretty strong, meander about for a while, and then come to a unsatisfactory end?

I was going to say something snarky like "If it's more like The Green Mile or Shawshank redemption and less like Maximum overdrive or Pet Sematary it might be good", but then I looked up a list of King movies . Dayumm there are quite a few really good movies i forgot about.

Did you not like the Pet Semetary?  I thought it was pretty good, and that kid was creepy as fark at the end.

And I also enjoy Maximum Overdrive.  Not as a good movie, but as a fun look into the mind of a coke-filled King put to a great soundtrack.

Let me guess, it will have great character development, an interesting if plodding storyline and then a quickly rushed ending.

BTW, Dark Tower series sucks ballz.

When was that last updated? "Dolan's Cadillac" (One of my favorite shorts) was released in 2009.
