Everything has to die somewhere.  That's the rule.

Who knew the German's had such bad design taste. If those things looked even remotely attractive they'd all be sold.

Superman's Fortress of Solitude located in Germany? No. Too Aryan.

Should have used them to house the homeless. Just turn them sideways and you can roll in and out.

Leave it to the Germans to round up the pinks and ship them off to a camp

All of them will need paint. So you can chose your color. For me it would be the shipping that would be the killer.

So, leave them alone to their original purpose?

I used to call that one randomly to see if anyone would pick up.

Point of trivia order: Clark Kent only used a phone booth two or three times ever. It's like finding out that Timmy NEVER fell down a well. Lassie did, once, though.

Hoarding these in neat orderly rows and charging a fair price is so very German. Americans would (and likely did) just dump them in a scrap metal heap, and charge either $5 or some exorbitant price. You'll probably find some randomly sitting in old car graveyards waiting for their time.

It would be cool if they were hooked up. Then you could call one and irritate the guy watching over them.

ring... ring... ring... not this shiat again. which booth is it this time.

I doubt if anyone will believe me but the pay phones here still take a nickel for a local call.
