Clever use of a space, wish they'd have included video of how it was laid out. 

I do like IKEAs demo small apt better, mostly because it's a much lower price tag

I would rather buy a state of the art, deluxe RV, and just park it in the street. It would be cheaper, and more spacious.

If you have a million dollars to spend why not just get something big enough? For a million I think you're in the right price range for some decent digs.

Unless the location is worth it, 4x the price is a bit much even with nice upgrates.

This has already been pretty widely discussed and the general opinion is that the price is farking insanity.

Given the press and the seller, it look like a publicity stunt.  And it look like it's worked.

/you could get a comfy 1 or 2 bedroom in Manhattan for $1 million, in you're willing to live in a less hip neighborhood.
